Contemporary Beach Home

Walk through a garden path to a newly remodeled and exceptionally equipped spacious town home--just blocks from the downtown village and pier. Your place features a fenced yard, patio, barbecue, parking spot and a wide selection of beach equipment. This is a newly remodeled, spacious, single story, one bedroom home. The space is a duplex and does share a yard with the back unit. The bedroom has a new premium memory foam Queen mattress while the living room sofa coverts to a Full-size bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffeemaker. The living area sofa is roomy enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching the large-screen cable TV. There is a brand new patio seating area with new modern wood fencing and a barbecue right outside to grill your dinner while taking in peek ocean/sunset views. You will have total access to this exceptionally equipped home. The fully fenced front yard is perfect for small children and family to enjoy! There are boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to pull it all when you walk down the hill for a relaxing day at the beach. There's also off-street parking reserved for one car. Bring your suitcase, buy some groceries and you are all set to enjoy it all! The home is just two short blocks from Ave. Del Mar in downtown village of San Clemente with its Sunday farmers' market, shops, restaurants, library, and post office. It's also a short walk to the family-friendly Linda Lane park, beach and the pier. You can walk to almost anywhere! The beach, the park, the pier, train, restaurants, shopping, coffee houses...you name it, are all a short stroll away. A free Trolley operates Wednesday through Sunday (May 30-Labor Day) from the downtown area to North Beach and the new San Clemente Outlets. One of the great things about San Clemente is its location half-way (approx. one hour drive) between San Diego and Los Angeles. Legoland is 30 min drive south and Disneyland is a 45 min. drive north. It's also a short drive to John Wayne Airport, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Dana Point Harbor and San Juan Capistrano are 10 minutes away! San Clemente hosts several festivals and events. There are free Beach Concerts on the sand next to the pier several Thursdays throughout the summer. July 4th celebrations include a huge fireworks display from the pier at 9pm. July 21-22 is the 40th annual Ocean Festival at the pier featuring all sorts of beach competitions, a sand sculpture contest, art show, woody car show, a beach concert & much more! August 12 is the San Clemente Fiesta Music Festival. Three stages downtown, along Ave. Del Mar, offer non-stop music and dance entertainment joined by food and game booths, contests, a salsa challenge, arts and craft show, children's rides, exhibits, clowns and more! August 18-19 is the 57th annual San Clemente Art Craft Fair at the Community Center featuring more than 100 artists displaying their original creations. December 1 from 6-10 pm "Putting on the Glitz" - This event is one of San Clemente’s finest--an opportunity to experience our “village character”. Enjoy an evening of shopping, dining & local entertainment; including a visit with Santa Claus, holiday carolers, roasted chestnuts, and many more holiday treats.

We completed this full top-to-bottom renovation in June 2016 with all the details to best anticipate your needs, as if we ourselves were staying there. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here. This is a quiet top-floor 2bed/2bath condo that comfortably sleeps 5 (1 king, 1 queen and 1 roll-away bed). The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy lots of comfortable seating, a cozy gas burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio. If you prefer to be outside, soak up the sun at our impressive pool or enjoy any of our 2 Jacuzzi's. The condo comes with 1 parking spot, but the community has ample free parking if you need more. The location is in the beautiful Ritz Pointe guard-gated community, a 3 minute drive to the nearest beach or a lovely 15 minute stroll down an exclusive path that begins in our community, goes past the Monarch Beach Resort golf course, and down to the sand. Take a 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point Harbor. There is also a open air trolley at your service less than a mile from the condo ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is also conveniently down the street from Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, and many great restaurants. The entire condo and all the Ritz Pointe amenities are yours to enjoy! - Large pool - 2 jacuzzis - Gym - Kids playroom inside the Clubhouse - Free parking We are here to help anytime you need it. My wife and I are foodies, so if you'd like any recommendations for great restaurants, we can help! A short walk or even shorter drive away from the best beaches, golf courses, restaurants, and boutiques in Orange County, this apartment is the perfect getaway for families, solo travelers, or couples looking for Californian sun, sea, and relaxation. PLEASE NOTE we do not allow any type of parties or loud noise after 10pm in the home. This is a quiet community with neighbors close by so any violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund. If you're headed to Laguna Beach, take advantage of the open air trolley located less than a mile from the condo, ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is easily accessible and located on the ground level, so there are no stairs involved. The parking is a covered carport located a few steps away from the condo front door.

Cozy Hideaway at Calafia Beach

The Cozy Hideaway is at the far south end of San Clemente. Nearby are world famous surf spots; Trestles, T-Street, Old Man's, etc. You’ll love my place; the cozy atmosphere and vintage feel of an authentic 1950's beach cottage, Short walk to the sand. All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of two units on the duplex-type-property. 5 minutes walk to beach in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

Prime location in the heart of the Pier Bowl in San Clemente just steps from the sand, pier, train and free trolley. Enjoy views from every room and the sound of the ocean as you sleep. Restuarants and shops are just minutes away. Condo has everything you need including washer dryer, beach toys and chairs, etc. If you are visiting California for the first time there is no more central spot with the train available to take you up to LA or down to San Diego with scenic views all along the way.
