Theo's house is delightful, original and very functional in its furnishings, with a super comfortable king size bed and everything you need to feel good: above all a terrace with a breathtaking view and a total privacy. The proximity to the airport brings more advantages than disadvantages, because it is very convenient for those arriving and departing and on the other hand the noise of the planes is not at all problematic as you might think. Theo is a very attentive and extremely kind host, ready to quickly respond to any question and to meet his guests for any need. There are beautiful beaches nearby, some of which can be reached just walking, and Pigadia with all its services is twenty minutes away, so reachable without problems even on a daily basis. We will definitely be back!

Anastasia and her partner George have created a safe haven for people from all roots to have a sense of belonging. We loved the nature, Anastasia’s artistic and creative vision that becomes so intriguing as well as amazing cats who loved us. You feel at home and at ease. Location is great to travel to both sides of the island easily. Anastasia has great recommendations if you care to ask. And we had some of the best olives and olive oil as well as a delicious and unique dolmaki as a surprise. So much to discover and enjoy in this lovely space.

This place is paradise. If you want to go, chill out and relax this is the place for you. Set on an unspoilt island with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters it's heaven. There are plenty restaurants to choose from all set with stunning views and fantastic food to cater for all tastes, from just a quick snack or going out for a candle lit dinner. You will need to hire a car to get to these other restaurants. But if you don't want to drive there is a fantastic family friendly restaurant and beach bar very close. The food is fantastic the hosts so relaxed they just make you feel like you are part of the family.. We will definately be going again.

Quiet place, also reachable by bus (4 times a day). Pleasant outdoor table. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Very nice host: he provided us with fresh water, snacks and cookies on arrival and arranged transfers on arrival and departure

The apartment is very nice and clean. It is located very close to the center of Pigadia, but in an enchanting position away from traffic. Giannis is a really kind host and ready to satisfy all the needs of his guests. I highly recommend Thea Villas

The stay here was unique and unforgettable. Panagiotis and his wife are the best hosts you could wish for; they are attentive, always available, and make you feel like at home. The apartment is perfect, taken care of in every little detail, and super clean. The location of the accommodation is breathtaking, from the private terrace available to guests you can have a full view of all the islands around Iraklia, and you enjoy an incomparable silence and tranquility. In 15/20 minutes by foot, you reach the town and the most beautiful beach on the island.

It was already the second time we stayed at Maria’s cottage and it was again great! The garden that is around the accommodation is beautiful, and the view as well. The inside of the accommodation is cute and cozy. The cottage is a little hidden but Maria supported us very well at the first time we stayed there and we could find the place easily. We recommend to come by car because it’s situated on a hill a little outside of the city. You can also park there for free in front of the gate to the cottage. Around the area are restaurants and also some beaches. Kos city center is about 5/10 min away by car. There are super markets close by also very easy to reach by car. The nature around is beautiful but there are some roosters around that start „singing“ at night. My girlfriend could sleep all night without any problems but I’d say earplugs are recommended for good night sleep. (: All in all it’s a great place to stay and we love it there! Thank you Maria!

The place we stayed was as pictured, and it was extremely enjoyable because it had a large garden. Ms. Merve and her husband were very friendly and very interested , the bungolov house has everything to meet your daily needs, it is a clean and tidy , pleasant environment . We were very satisfied , it will be my first choice if I come to Datça again.

This is a wonderful villa! Very comfortable, cozy, and private, with a nice pool and thoughtful details. All communications with the host were smooth and easy. Absolutely recommended!

Everything is more than you guessed and what you see from the photos. Everything was thought out for your needs and was completely at home comfort. It's one of the rare places you can go without a question mark for cleanliness , privacy, and more. The pool system was great , had a system that cleans itself during the day/night. Mr. Arif was a knowledgeable and hospitable person in the relevant area. Mr. Arif's grandmother was also a very sweet person who even spilled water behind us when she left. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Lovely peaceful spot.

In terms of location, it is very close to Dalaman airport and the center, and if you want, you can reach the nearby bays within a maximum of 30 minutes. Tiny house was quite clean and well-maintained, on our list to stay again with a high rating for price/performance. You can easily reach the host.

We are very pleased with the host's in-person attention. A peaceful tiny house among the orange trees. It was very nice and very convenient. The pool we loved the most was that it was special to us. It was our first time, but I hope it won't be our last.

Quiet and intimate place at this time of the year (Easter). Small and cozy cabin, it has the minimum and essential. In the middle of the beach, the sound of amazing waves and sunsets undoubtedly compensates for the simplicity of the house. The host, Giorgios, was very attentive and kind at all times. She helped us a lot with the logistics efforts. For us it was the ideal stay, we will definitely be back!

Although we did not go during the season, it was a peaceful holiday with its nature and calmness. It was quite enough for us in terms of the shape and purpose of our house. Being in the village offered us a peaceful yayil in the natural environment. The cleanliness of the house and the attention of the owners made us very happy.

We had a very nice stay at Filio's. The view of the sea from the terrace, the small pool and the outdoor shower overlooking the sea were the highlights. The bungalow was optimally furnished with a large bed, a small kitchen and a small bathroom. Perfect for people who want to explore the island and don't feel like a hotel. Filio was a very nice and attentive hostess.

We stayed here for 3 nights and our experience was excellent. The host was extremely hospitable and communication was always quick and clear. The place we stayed was exactly what we saw in the photos. The cleanliness was excellent and the house has everything you could need. The location was also quite central and there were many places to visit around. Especially the comfortable bed and peaceful environment made our holiday all the more enjoyable. My husband and I spent 6 nights here following a 3 night stay elsewhere on the island. It’s a really beautiful villa, well equipped, private and has fantastic views. The host was lovely, very accommodating and met us so we could follow her car to check in. As other reviews have said, you need a small car due to the extremely narrow roads! We loved it there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

Very nice, peaceful, a place where you can spend time against a magnificent view. It has a garden and is the most beautiful option in Sogut, at the bottom of the sea. The house was super clean, with everything from linens to towels. We would like to thank Mr. Murat for his quick replies at all times.

Mr. Murat's stone house was a nice experience for us. We were close to everywhere on the Datça peninsula as a location. Although it was easy to get around by car, the location of the house in the village was a little challenging. For the first to go, we recommend that they follow the paved road that winds up from the top, not the dirt road shortcut to the village. In addition, for those who will prefer the evening in a cool season, it may be useful to know that there is no heating preference other than lighting a fireplace. Again for the same season, it should be known that there is no hair dryer available. The house and especially the kitchen equipment were adequate from every angle and convenient for the quality time spent at home. Due to the pressure of the water, of course, although not many, the hot water flowed all the time and immediately. Changes have been made on the terrace that made the house much more useful and Mr. Murat informed us about the changes before going home. We just wanted to be able to enjoy the garden more, we didn't have much opportunity. We hope next time…
