The house of La Providenca is located in a quiet part of the city. It is 3.5 km from the nearest sandy beach. There are many marked hiking and biking trails in the area. In the garden there is a large hot tub with sunbathing area and an outdoor kitchen, toilet and IC sauna for cooler days. There is also a sports equipment storage room next to the house. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Beautiful studio apartment ideal for two adults or a small family. This studio apartment is particularly popular because of its beautiful view of the sea and the whole bay with the many small beaches and healing mud. We would like to point out that smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but you are of course allowed to smoke on the balcony and in the outdoor area.
