Sunset House 1

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Villa Marija **** with private pool

Villa Marija is located in the village of Lapcici, an 8-minute (8km) drive from Budva, with beautiful views of the old town of Budva. Within the house has a heated swimming pool, sauna, free parking, free internet, basketball court, terraces, garden, barbecue and bar that offers a wide selection of refreshing beverages. Inside the cabin you will find a spacious living room with kitchen, above which are two bedrooms in the loft.
