Life does not come with instructions on how to live, but it does come with trees, sunsets, smiles and laughter, so you just need to come and to enjoy your day. There's always a sunrise and always a sunset and it's up to you to choose to be there for it.

In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.
