Book this place for the sunsets! The panoramic coastal views from the bed, sofa, and kitchen were absolutely stunning. Both rooms feature large sliding doors that open onto a spacious terrace with incredible views. The house is just a short drive from the charming seaside village, where you can find shops and restaurants, but far enough removed that you can enjoy complete peace in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was one of the few places we stayed in Montenegro that had fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Thank you, Marko, for such a memorable stay!

The small guest house is right next to the host's house, but still we felt private. Dmitry and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The hospitality was absolutely top, thank you again.

Our flight has delayed for nearly four hours, and we have to pick up the rental car then get to the house, the host has been waiting for us till nearly 1am, and when we finally turn up, he kindly show us the house and passed us the key. Really appreciate they wait for us that night. Absolutely love the air-conditioning in house and hot tub, as the temperature is too hot to bare, we didn't heat up the hot tub and use it as a mini cooling spa. The hot tub is the cleanest we have ever had. View from the house also stunning. Jelena is responsible on messages or calls for any of our questions in English. Should have booked more days here.

The house was extraordinarily beautiful , with a gorgeous view to the sea . The pool and jacuzzi have a very big plus. Everything was superlative ! Wow! An amazing experience at an amazing place. The lovely warm staff - Angela, Militsa, Danielle, Milanka and the wonderfully friendly cleaning staff gave us the best experience we’ve ever had in 20 years of holidaying in Europe. The food was out of the world - the Montenegrin sandwich and the beef burger were world class. Breakfast is so delicious it’s impossible to miss. Nothing bad to say, only great things. Perfection

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Absolutely incredible location with a private jetty and pool. Very peaceful with no crowds in the middle of summer. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and Nikola made a big effort to support us with things needed for our 11month old. It was a very special holiday and a must if you are looking to enjoy magnificent Bay of Kotor.

We had a fantastic stay in Kotor! The property is very spacious with comfortable beds, and the main house is beautifully renovated. There's a nice private entrance to the bay for swimming, which was a highlight. The hosts were super communicative and always helpful—anything we needed, they provided. We also booked a boat tour through them which was excellent and highly recommended! The top-floor studio is a bit older but still charming and well-equipped. Plus, having a sauna and jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The private yard with a pool is amazing – perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the afternoon. There’s also a beautiful hammam and a small gym, which were a lovely bonus. The climate inside the house is very comfortable – never too hot or too cold. Everything else in the house was convenient and well thought out. It had everything we needed and really felt like home.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were 7 ladies on a weekend break away. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful before our arrival as I had lots of questions. She helped us to arrange a cosmetologist come to the villa. Tanya cooked us an amazing breakfast every day and we booked her for a BBQ which was amazing. They also helped us organise food from a nearby kitchen. The villa was clean and beautifully kept. We all felt very safe also. It had everything we needed. There is not one thing that we can say we didn’t like. Every single part was enjoyable. We shall we returning for another visit and we highly recommend this villa and host and all their staff. Thank you so much

beautifull place, so much peace, butterflies, insects and other nature. great view! papa makes good syrups we got when went for a drink at daria and damirs place. even ended up playing a game with the other guests. had a great evening. hottub makes it feel like a wellness spa. and we dont like going to spa's. but this place made me like it🥰 thank you so much for your hospitality!

Beautiful cabin, very well designed, incredible surroundings and very close to national park and old capital city. Very kind and responsive host.
