The house offers two comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and great outdoor area with a gas barbecue and a heated, massage pool. The house is 2 km away from all amenities. It is located in central Istria, which makes it an great starting point for exploring the entire area. Covered parking for 2 cars.

Family house with private pool and a large garden. Centrally located and pets friendly. A private parking for 2-3 cars is provided. Near the parking is a small garden with stairs leading to the pool area, large open dining area with a small summer kitchen. In the groundfloor guests will find a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living room. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The stairs down are leading to the third bathroom and the loundry room.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
