Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie oder Freunden in diesem 216 qm großen, direkt am Park liegenden Loft. Auf dem Balkon kann man grillen und schaut dabei ins Grüne. Das riesen Wohnzimmer bietet Platz zum Tanzen oder einfach nur gemütlich am Ofen zu sitzen, Tischtennis zu spielen oder zu kickern. Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.

Located just outside the village, I offer you a modern, newly furnished apartment with cozy living room/bedroom (double bed + 2x extra beds on sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave...) and a bright bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes into the nature reserve in the "Land of a Thousand Ponds." Also enjoy the idyllic view of the Thuringian Highlands.

Welcome to our retreat in the woods. Our small forest cabin is located on a fenced woodland property and awaits nature-loving guests. We use filtered rainwater and electricity from a small solar panel system, following the motto of returning to the source for pure nature and tranquility. Sometimes less is more. Dogs get their money's worth. The approximately 1000m² forest is fenced in with a 160cm high fence and the dogs can run freely
