This villa was a dream for remote work! Fast WiFi, plenty of natural light, and spacious rooms meant I could work productively and still have space to relax. The kitchen and BBQ area made it easy to eat in, and the nearby pickleball court was a fun break. The host was quick to respond and made check-in and out effortless. Will definitely be back.

Very nice and convenient Villa with lots of restaurants, convenient store and banks within walking distance. Accessible by car and easy to get there. very peaceful and safe with security guard at night. all rooms with en suite bathroom, very convenient. A few glitches here and there but the host was very attentive and solve them quickly. Comfortable and really enjoyable stay. Duong was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend Duong's place!

We had a fantastic stay at Yung's charming heritage home in District 1. The location is ideal peaceful and tucked away, yet just steps from all the key attractions we wanted to explore. Each room was like a private studio, complete with its own bathroom, AC, TV, mini fridge, and workspace, making it perfect for families or groups. The onsite security was kind and attentive, even with limited English. We especially loved the shared courtyard, cozy living area, and rooftop space for relaxing together. It was perfect for our group trip we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great hosts and an amazing space!

Went here with a group of 10 people and it was very spacious and nice. Everything we needed the host answered and provided. Very flexible with our request and extension. Very cheap for a really nice place!

숙소도 생각보다 아주 쾌적해서 머물고 놀기 너무 좋았습니다 하우스 키핑해주시는 분들도 아주 깔끔히 잘해주셨어요 ~ 단점은 딱 하나 ~ 주소검색하면 다른곳으로 가끔나오는것 그거 말고는 없습니다 구글맵은 잘나오는데 그랩에는 잘안나오더라구요

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

We, a group of four friends, recently stayed at this beautiful townhouse and absolutely loved it. Location :Located just 10–15 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Bui Vien Street, with cafes and convenience stores nearby. Host : The host was fantastic fluent in English, responsive, and even recommended a great local Pho spot. She will even go extra mile to help you at critical moment. I left my wallet and she got it couriered !!!! House : The townhouse was spotless, well-maintained, and had plenty of beds. The lift was fast, unlike many other places. The pool, while not fully private, was always empty and enjoyable. There's also a dedicated security guard, and we felt safe even leaving our passports behind when going out. The kitchen is stocked with essentials,perfect for making a simple breakfast. Suggestion :If there’s one thing to improve, maybe add a pool table. Haha. Otherwise, it was just perfect. Would I stay here again? Yes, 200%. Worth every penny !!
