The place is as described. The host is kind and communicative. I loved that towels were provided a lot. Hope the best for the host and the airbnb.

Linh was very helpful when we needed even when we asked where to go to eat etc. I would highly recommend this airbnb and the location is great

Vi was super helpful with the check in process and even helped us find the place at night. it's a nice place in a saw location and very easy to get grab rides from there. The gym and pool were great too. would stay there again for sure.

Fantastic stay at The Shades Homestay! The room was clean and spacious, with a good sized bathroom and the funiture was very comfortable. Located near a lot of restaurants and cafes in district 1. It was located down a couple of alleyways which meant we weren't disturbed by outside noise. We arrived late due to a flight delay but the host was very helpful in arranging our meet up with the building manager on arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. On a été un peu surpris au départ par cette petite allée et ce logement atypique différents des autres, mais aussi très vite habitué. Le logement était propre bien équipé et bien situé et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien passé.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Annie has a great place. Just like others have said, it is far above the bustle and noise of the city, and quiet. If you are looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in D1, this would be a good pick.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.
