MONT CHALET in the 1st Dark Sky Reserve 🌠

Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. One visit and you'll be charmed. Come and admire the starry sky 🌟

Located in a picturesque village and close to all amenities, the house has private access to Lake Aylmer which is navigable. It can host 2-3 families or a group of friends. You'll enjoy the pedal boat, kayaks, and fishing rods. A corner of the house is dedicated to board games and reading. Nearby: beach, mini golf, hiking trail, river for fly fishing, waterfalls, tennis court, marina and restaurants. Not allowed: Pets and smoking.

Our cottage located directly on the lake offers stunning views of Lake Aylmer. During the day, enjoy the lake for swimming, kayaking (2 available) or fishing. In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)
