"Day-Off" Traditional Island Villa

Since 2017, we've hosted more than 90 groups of guests, providing excellent accommodation in a relaxed, beautiful, quiet and friendly environment. It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6-7 guests. It has a large yard with a built-in grill, a furnace and a shower spot next to the garden sitting/dinning area. Trust us for your vacation and make great summer memories!

Its a modern renovated apartment, fully equipped, with brand new furniture as well as kitchen appliances, waiting for kind guests. Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.

Petrino is a semi-detached house at the NE of Prosotsani, in Vlachika area. It has 4 big rooms that can accomondate up to 6 people. Ideal for families and friend groups. It has spacious yard for morning and evening coffees. It's located in short distance from Drama city, Falakro ski centre, Aggitis cave, the stone canyon of Petrousa a well as Waterpark Poseidonio. Terra holiday home #1

Our house is located in the north side of Asprovalta. You can enjoy your privacy, although you reach the closest beach in 1 minute by car or 10 on foot. It has a large garden with a lot of trees and vegetation, as well as a BBQ area with kiosk. Let your kids play our garden, it's SUPER safe. Note that: Terra holiday home #1 and Terra holiday home #2 are in the same property area. You may rent both of them in case you are on vacation with friends :)

Accommodations for people who need help, such as the elderly, pregnant, etc. Information in English, Danish, Italian gladly.

Katy's Home is located at the exact center of Proti Village, literaly 5 steps from the central square. Home is ideal as your base of your excursions to beatifull nature and sightseeing spots at Serres, Drama, Kavala and Xanthi (max 1 hour by car). House is equiped with everything you and your family/friends need to feel like home.
