If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. This was one of our best Airbnb stays ever, thanks to Andrea’s hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth. Don’t hesitate — book now.

Anna and Teo were very responsive and helpful, especially with a tour guide and pickup at the port and drop off at the airport. Very nice to provide little snack and drink gifts too. Perfect location - close to everything.

Can't beat the location right off Ermou street where lots of shopping is, easy walking to many of the city's attractions, several cafe and restaurants just outside and around the corner. Will definitely keep it in mind the next time we are back.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

Leah's apartment was perfect. Just a 3 to 4 minute walk to the metro and 5 to 6 stops to downtown Athens. It was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. She was quick to respond to all of my messages. I didn't have any Euros on me yet and she drove me to a bank to use the ATM. She then drove me around the neighborhood and showed me her favorite places to eat and get coffee. We ate at a few or ordered in. There is also a cute bakery near the metro. The house does smell like cigarettes but that didn't bother us. If you have asthma this might affect your stay. This is Leah's personal home, which I liked due to her making extra money and not supporting a company who buys up properties and forces locals out of home ownership. If we ever make it back to Athens we would 100% stay here again. Thanks again Leah for a great stay!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Our excellent experience with the Hosts began before we even arrived, and their hospitality was superb throughout our stay. Tryfon was most responsive to any questions we had. This Airbnb apartment was a real gem! The location was fantastic, but what truly stood out was the exceptionally convenient parking facility—so close and easy. Every detail in the spacious apartment was clearly carefully thought out, from the great balcony and view to the fact that the host was always reachable and incredibly kind and helpful.

Wonderful, clean place in Voula! Parking was easy to find, and the apartment was very conveniently located next to the downtown area. Would stay again if we return to greece :)

I can’t speak highly enough of Haidi and her property. The location is perfect, walkable to everything. And the apartment is immaculate and comfortable. We will definitely visit again.

Apartment was very spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We were very comfortable, he left us with some kitchen basics and snacks. It was also very close to the major neighborhoods with so many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Beware the steps to the apartment.

So sad to leave this beautiful home. We honestly fell in love with both the house ( the incredible view!!) and the island. I’ll be honest - we booked a fair time ago and, just before leaving the uk, started wondering whether we had booked sensibly - would there be enough to do, would we need to hire a car ( quite pricey on the island), etc etc. My god, we were sooo wrong to have been nervous. It is just the most magical place…. So many beautiful walks, plenty to see/visit…. No chance at all to ever be bored. The big pluses for us - the walks. The walk from the house to the lighthouse opposite is fabulous - less than an hour each way, although more if you go for a swim in the sea en route! Walks to/from Ioulida were pretty straight forward. Our absolute favourite though - the walk to Karthea. We got a morning bus to fairly near by and then it’s a steep walk down ( and a steep walk back up afterwards) of approx 3km each way. Take water!!!! You need lots. But when you get there - wow!!!

The accommodation was impeccably comfortable and in a convenient quiet location. The friendliness was willing, polite and always willing to help. The wonderful view and the beautiful pool made our stay special. We will definitely prefer it again and recommend it to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A stunning apartment, very large, equipped, with air conditioning in every space, with a terrace like a botanical garden, we just didn't want to leave And her husband Froso are very nice and answered everything

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

We felt right at home at Ioanni’s place, it was very peaceful. Very flexible and responsibe. Great pool, many balconies and extremely clean. It had all we needed! Will definitely go back again!

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a wonderful time here. Konstantinos was the perfect host and everything was very easy!

There were 13 of us as a family in the accommodation. Overall, everything was great and we were able to spend very nice days in the villa. The only points we noticed: - No key for the bathroom on the ground floor and upper floor. We also had guests there and with so many people it was unpleasant. The host himself only noticed this when we checked in. The last visitors were held responsible for many defects. But nothing that we found to be a shame was replaced or repaired. - Sometimes there were problems with the hot water for the shower after midnight. Even after trying for a long time, there was no warm water at night and we had to wait until the morning. This was not so optimal, as there were so many people and I wanted to get ready for my wedding in the evening. - We had 2 baby beds, but the mattress was missing for one and we did not get a replacement. Otherwise, everything was great and we would recommend the villa.

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

We had a great stay at Anastasia's house. It's in a beautiful setting, with mountain and sea views, and walking distance (less than 5 mins, downhill) to a nice, small pebble beach. We went one evening to watch the sunset. The pool was a great size, not super warm but we were there in May so not the weather wasn't hot the way it would be in summer. The house is driving distance to lovely nearby beaches (Charakas beach was sandy) and sites like Poseidon's temple, and we travelled into Athens one day. Anastasia suggested a good metro stop to park at. The area and coastline were beautiful, and being so close to airport it was great with kids. We'd definitely return.
