A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Quaint hunting lodge with Alpine panoramic views

We offer a rustic hunting lodge in a fantastic location on Gut Schörghof overlooking the Alps. The cottage has two bathrooms, four bedrooms (2 with bunk beds, 1 with two single beds and 1 living room with a gallery with mattress storage), a common room with kitchen, stove and seating area and a large garden. Ideal for those who want to get away from it all and relax in a quiet atmosphere. ATTENTION: Please DO NOT park on the meadow in front of the cottage, only behind it!

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

Experience relaxing days in our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the picturesque Alpine foothills. Surrounded by rolling hills, green meadows, clear lakes (e.g., Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg), and forests, our apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, or relaxing hours in nature. In winter, you can reach various ski resorts in about 45 minutes. This spacious two-room apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people. We look forward to your visit!

Modernes Ferienapartment für 2 Personen im ökologischen Holzhaus am Starnberger See. Die 50qm große Wohnung mit sep. Eingang verfügt über eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Blick nach Süden auf Waldrand, Berge und See, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. In ca. 10 bis 20 Min. erreicht man zu Fuß den Bernrieder Naturpark und das Seeufer mit zahlreichen verträumten Badebuchten. Auf dem Grundstück steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder gibt es Abstellfläche.

The apartment is regularly renovated. Furniture made of oak and natural materials for a good conscience and the joy of comfort give you the framework for a relaxing stay. You have your own entrance and can have breakfast or barbecue on your own terrace if the weather permits. Of course, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. TV is obligatory and for the analog ones of you, a library is at your disposal.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Secluded, 200 m from the main house, it offers pure retreat: panoramic views of meadow and forest, a terrace for dining, yoga, or knitting, stargazing from the loft. Inside, a wood stove and infrared heating keep things cozy while foxes and deer pass by outside.

Iffeldorf on the Osterseen is a beautiful village, popular and loved for its beautiful nature. It is not far from Munich and you are in the mountains in no time. Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly at your doorstep. Your place is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, shopping, and sightseeing. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes.

Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace.
