Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer and a capsule coffee machine.
