We offer a quiet, furnished one-room self-contained apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 3 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient transport connection directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Nestled between the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps, this country house is detached at the end of a small village in the Rottweil area. Attractions such as the Thyssen Tower (6 km), Hohenzollern Castle (28 km), Lake Constance approx. 50 minutes or the 8-thousanders of the Swabian Alps offer many leisure activities alone by mountain bike or with the whole family and friends.

The holiday apartment "Hubertus" is situated in Dietingen and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Spend relaxing time in a modern apartment. The A81 motorway is 2 minutes away. Despite the proximity to the highway, it is idyllic on site. In the village, two bakeries offer a fresh and delicious breakfast from 6.30 am. The 411 km long Neckartal cycle path runs through Oberndorf. You will experience Baden-Württemberg from its most varied side on probably the most swallowish of all cycle paths.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.
