Typical stone land house on a hillside area, just 25 minutes’ drive from Lucca. A green area equipped with gazebo and long chairs is just 15 mt from the house. It's the perfect solution for those looking for some peace and quiet, nestled by nature. Ideally conceived as a base to visit Lucca and its beautiful surroundings. You can enjoy a breath-taking view on the valley and the framing mountains. Important: a car is needed to reach the house, as public transportation offers a limited service.

We are 200 meters from the medieval walls and the historic center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We are located in a very quiet residential area, but very close to shops and a pharmacy. The house is fully air conditioned with split in both bedrooms and in the kitchen. It is our custom to provide the house with a welcome kit for the needs of the first few days, so that our guests can provide for their needs without urgency. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.
