35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views of the southern slopes of Vercors. A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Bienvenue à ALVÉOLES ! Notre gîte est situé à cinq minutes à pied de la rivière Drôme et du centre historique de Die. D’ici tout est accessible facilement : baignade, randonnées, marché, commerces. Il se situe au 1er étage, au-dessus de notre miellerie et de la roue du moulin qui date du 18ème siècle. Nous sommes apiculteurs à la Miellerie L'Abeille du Vercors et serons ravis d’échanger avec vous sur notre métier et notre beau Diois ! Nous n’avons pas de parking sur place pour motos ou voitures

Die, une des portes d'entrée du Parc Naturel régional du Vercors. Ce logement se trouve en plein centre de Die, avec les commerces à proximité. Autour de Die, de nombreux villages à visiter, des randonnées pédestres, des balades vélo (petite cour intérieure pour vélos fermée à clé) et une piscine municipale en bord de Drôme. Nous avons mis à disposition un parc/lit/cabane avec matelas et housse pour un enfant jusqu'à 15kg et un couchage supplémentaire est possible avec le canapé convertible.

Ce logement situé au 2 éme étage comprend: entrée, cuisine entièrement équipée (senseo, grille pain, bouilloire, micro-ondes et toute la vaisselle nécessaire), un coin nuit avec lit queen size (160/200) doté d’un matelas de haute qualité, de nombreux rangements/penderie et une télévision, ainsi qu’une salle d’eau avec WC.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

Close to all amenities, you will find 50 m away, parking spaces, the city center, bakeries, cheese shop, cafes, restaurants, press... as well as the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old building that was used as a library.

Under the Glandasse mountain, start of walks or hikes through the vineyards, Noyers, or in the mountains. 45 m² cottage/furnished tourist accommodation: 3 stars for 4 people. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Beds are made on arrival, towels included, as well as the big departure cleaning.
