Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για διαμονή καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα. Μόνο 250 μέτρα από λιμάνι και 350 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο). A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

This place has a style of its own. Located in the center of the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The house has a private upper terrace ( reachable by the ladder ) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area , sunny all day long . Many restaurants , caffès and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros , there are many !
