Beachfront holiday rental in Dickenson Bay

Location, location, location! The deck of this condo is directly over the water, overlooking a beautiful secluded beach. Walking distance to a cool old fort and another lovely beach. The pool area is very nice, as well. We had a blast in this comfortable (though not fancy) home.

This is a great place to stay, with incredible views of one of the very best beaches in Antigua. Instant response time to messages, very friendly staff, great food, bananas and papayas in the garden

Jason and his staff were very accommodating and Kim even met me at a location on the main road to take me right to the rental. She walked me through the bungalow and show me everything I needed. Very happy with Jason and his staff.

My wife and I visited Montserrat for St. Patrick's Day and for her birthday. Gary told us about the island and walked us to our unit. He helped us find a rental vehicle and told us about the festivities happening during the week. The grounds were densely covered in vegetation and the unit was very private. Our unit had 2 mini split air conditioners and a window unit and cooled off quickly. The pool was nice and we spent quite a bit of time socializing with other guests there. Taxis and buses were easy to book for people who didn't rent vehicles. The people were very friendly and the island is beautiful. Lessons learned - rent a vehicle well in advance, book airfare to the island before early as well, don't expect to buy much in the way of souvenirs. Montserrat is a great place to relax and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house with the best location on the beach. Only thing - we did not know this is inside and part of a resort with resort routines for checking in and out and coming and going. Charming house and outside deck is top notch!

Had a great stay. Amazingly conveniently located for both marinas but far enough away for peace and quiet.

We had an amazing time at Sara's place. She gave great recommendations and always super responsive. My favorite part was the back patio that looks out into the ocean. Also the breeze and sound from the water is amazing at night. I will definitely be going to this place again!

It was a pleasure staying at John's place in Antigua village. There were lovely little amenities and thoughtful additions provided. The location was great and the food at the adjoining resturant was excellent. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Absolutely perfect stay! My wife, two kids, and I had an amazing time at Elena’s villa. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elena went above and beyond—even having basic groceries waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. Anytime we needed anything, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from a beautiful, quiet beach. The AC in every room was a huge bonus, especially after hot days at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to return

Staying at Elton and Jayne's place was the perfect choice! By far, Elton communicated better than anyone whom I have ever rented from in the past 20 years - he was prompt, thorough, proactive, and friendly in all of his messages. I even received a phone call from him! The location of their place has an absolutely stunning view of both the ocean and the mountains! The view is even better than the photos! Your walk to the north beach is only a few minutes. The drive to the south beach is very short and lots of fun on a golf cart. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing the two beaches are near their place! Jolly Beach is simply an incredible beach and is rated as one of the top beaches in Antigua!! Their place had more than everything that we needed for our 12 day stay! We cannot wait to come back and would choose their place again! Be sure to use Randy as a taxi driver/tour guide, for excursions, and for a golf cart. He is knowledgeable, safe, and very friendly.

The villa was wonderful! The complex was quiet and beautiful. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen. Natasha was excellent! We got a little confused getting there but she was waiting for us and guided us in to the complex. She helped us arrange a car rental and masseuse and was very fast to respond to questions and with suggestions. Even brought over a cooler for us to take to the beach. A huge fruit and snack basket was waiting for us which was amazing! The location was further from everything (grocery store, restaurants, beaches, etc) than I thought (35 +minutes) but once I got used to driving on the left side of the road and figured out our way around, it was ok and every trip out was an adventure! The pool was great for doing laps and the beach is lovely with loungers and umbrellas provided. We didn't end up eating at the restaurant because it was only open for lunch (12-5) but it looked good - beautiful setting! Highly recommend & would love to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a perfect location in Jolly Harbour - a couple of minutes from the beach and a short walk from the swimming pool. The apartment is very comfortable, with balconies overlooking the water. Both of the bedrooms have bathrooms which was useful for our family. The beach is stunning, with a beach bar right there. The pool is a good size in a pretty location at the harbour. Our kids loved both spots.

Charissa's place was absolutely perfect for our family. The location is great, and we enjoyed being in Jolly Harbour. The place is beautiful, extremely clean, and well stocked with everything we needed plus more. I loved spending time in the screened- in room.... such an awesome space. We really appreciated the baby gear and the beach chairs. Charissa was extremely responsive and helpful with local information. We would definitely recommend this place and we would love to return in the future.

We had a great stay at this condo in Jolly Harbour! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and we loved being in a gated community with convenient access to restaurants, a market, and other amenities. The home was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. Simone was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely relaxing time at Whispering Palms villa. It was spacious, well equipped with a great sunny deck and bbq. Walking distance to beach, swimming pool, supermarket and several restaurants. Trevor and his wife gave us lots of great recommendations and kindly drove us to the supermarket on our arrival before our hire car was delivered.

Used this apartment for three days while we did some work on our yacht in the boatyard at Jolly Harbour (we could not stay onboard). Was ideally located and very comfortable base. Sergio’s local contact (Stefan?) was extremely helpful at check in driving us to and from the apartment from the marina also he gave us a lift to the airport when we left (which we paid for) but it was great to know our check out and “taxi” was sorted with this friendly guy.

From beginning to end, we had a great experience. The property is situated in a private villa with a small lagoon at the beach. It feels like a Spanish fort when you are sitting down at the beach in front of the lagoon because of the large retaining wall preventing erosion to the property. We stayed in the Lo Studiolo, a one-bedroom apartment overlooking the Caribbean and were greeted by Fiona upon arrival. She was responsive and informative and made our stay easy, including offering recommendations and reservations at some local restaurants. Mercedes, the housekeeper made sure everything was clean and tidy and checked-in with us frequently to ensure our needs were met. If you're looking for a private, unrushed and go-at-your-own-pace setting, you couldn't find a better spot. It's the kid of spot an artist or writer would enjoy to have a private get-away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

The views make this place simply amazing! We lived on the porch - it was our living room and dining room. After eating out for dinner for a couple of times at first, we chose to get street food or take away, and brought it back to the porch, because there is no restaurant that can beat the house views. Watching the cruise ships and cargo ships go in and out was spectacular. Lying in bed and opening your eyes in the morning to nothing but water out the window is indescribable. The house set up is great with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths - really private. Michelle left a variety of drinks in the fridge for our arrival, a really nice and appreciated gesture after a day of travel. We walked from the house to Fort Barrington (there is an easy/quick cut through on the beach) and from there to the beach at Deep Bay - beautiful. We had a rental car to explore the island - we went with the recommended airport pickup by Rasheed's car rental, with the car waiting for us at the house. So sad to leave!

The condo was fantastic and exceeded our expectations! We spent two weeks in Antigua and the stay at this condo was scheduled in the middle of our vacation, between two different hotels (Keyonna Beach and Tamarind Hills). During our stay at the Airbnb, we rented a car and explored the island. The condo was really beautiful with a great view of the super yachts in the harbour and the resort swimming pool. Angelique was very friendly and responsive. The pool and hotel restaurant (Maia) are very posh, as is the entire resort and condo. The restaurants around the harbour were excellent (Flatties, Los Cabrones, Rotie Sue's, and the various restaurants at the marina). There was live music at the marina most every night and the area was very safe and clean. The crowd was mostly expats comprised of young families, tourists and young people who worked on the yachts and various resorts. Location, luxury and a very peaceful vibe. Perfection!

Fantastical place and vibe - much more than the pictures convey. Great location and quiet part of the island. There are plenty of local places to discover and it’s easy to dodge cruiser tourists. The cottage has most everything you need. Suggest you bring your own laundry detergent (we left some behind : ) as well as shampoo and hand soap. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare and enjoy locale fare including fresh catch. Overall a great getaway - well worth the trip.

My twin and I had a great stay at Michael’s place. It’s a lovely, quiet area, and we especially enjoyed the ocean view from one of the bedrooms. The only suggestion I have is to update the pillows, as they were a bit too soft for my preference. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely come back again!

This apartment was everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect - right on Runaway bay. The water is perfect and the beach is much smaller and quieter than Dickenson's which is right up the road. Casa Roots is next to the property and dinner there was amazing. The unit itself was just like the photo. Bright, airy and very clean. Hot water worked well. They provide beach towels, chairs and cushions as well. The staff were very friendly and the host was pretty responsive when it came to getting instructions and directions. I would definitely book again.
