Holiday rentals with beach access in Diani

it was a beautiful holiday in a lovely and well furnished apartment. with a view of the ocean by day and the sound of waves by night. we really enjoyed joeys house and it was very convenient to have a restaurant next door. everyone was very friendly and we had a great and relaxing time. thanks!

Great place to stay in Diani. 10 mins walk to the beach, apartment is in the building with security. No strangers are coming inside the property. Apartment is very nice, a lot of space and everything is equipped. Housekeeping is available. Air conditioning in every room. Although there might be a power shortage sometimes, however I think this was a general issue of the town. Pool is great, a little bit warm :D Communication with owner is amazing, very helpful. We receive a guide with instructions and useful information. All requests were completed in a very fast way and host is very polite and nice. Do not recommend the restaurant upstairs, but there are plenty of options in the town. Must say that the driveway to the building is harsh, road is not built there. Car was okay, but a little bit hard in tuktuk. I would recommend the apartment, very cozy, big and close to the Bach. Good standard for the price.

We had a great stay at the property and suitable for little children. Rachel the housekeeper welcomed us and came daily, the property had everything we needed for a long week end stay. The beach was a few meters from the house with an Askari (guard) on the gate and an Askari on the main gate so you felt safe. The pool is wonderful just what was needed to cool off in the heat. We chose to have a chef, John, who bought all the groceries and fish and prepared everything requested even during a power cut he produced our evening meal. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Diani Beach. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Diani Reef Hotel, for which we had complimentary access to use the pool, private beach, gym and bar/restaurant. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the hotel’s amenities, or exploring the beach, everything was within easy reach. The apartment itself was comfortable, and well-equipped, which was handy as we had a lot of rain whilst staying in Diani and therefore had some unexpected days with downtime at the apartment. 24/7 security was comforting and they were always friendly. But what really made the stay special was the host. Simon was incredibly friendly, responsive, and truly went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay - from changing the boiler unit when we had no hot water in the shower, to booking our SGR tickets for us as we didn't have M Pesa. He also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly. Things like that don't go unnoticed.

We lived our stay at the White House cottage. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. We are a family of four and it was perfect. The staff was so warm and helpful. Definitely hire the local chef recommendation. We had delicious food in the convenience of our own veranda looking at the ocean. The location right on the beach with the private, expansive grounds was perfect. The house has incredible views and is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend. If you have a big group, try to rent the White House next door and have an amazing holiday with family or friends.

Wonderful stay. One of it’s kind. Worth every penny. Ken, our cook, prepared nothing but a variety of delicious meals. Josephine, the adorable, is a very unique lady with a heart of gold. Rachelle, the manager, made our stay very remarkable. As far as the guards, they went above and beyond at making sure we were safe and well cared for. This place is s gem, and if accepted back, we will definitely visit again. If ever up for sale, please let us know. My family would love to call that property home. It was my second booking already! I felt absolutely like I am at home! I missed nothing! The housekeeping was on an agreement of both! We talked about when is it necessary and the housekeeping has been done 100%. The description on this page is exactly how it is! The beach, shopping center or a pub is only a short walk away! Thank you so much Kiko and Cathy for the amazing stay - we loved this location - so easy to get to the beach and local places to eat. The house itself is an oasis and very quiet and peaceful - we loved seeing the monkeys playing outside. Chef Erick was amazing as well and the food he cooked was wonderful and suitable for a family / small child. The pool was sparkling clean and warm and we had such a great stay! Thank you!

We loved this home. Eunice, Angelo and other staff members were awesome and friendly. Eunice made fantastic home cooked meals. We loved Siku their dog. She is super cute and extremely friendly. Very clean property. The pool was amazing! We swam day and night. The beach is close by and was also amazing! Warm and lots of fun. Supermarkets were a driveable distance. Used tuk tuks that are very affordable and safe. Highly recommend this home. We will be back!

It’s 2 bedrooms apartment with comfortable beds. It’s very clean apartment and couple minutes a way from the beach. It’s has all the amenities I could as for such as utensils to cook and high speed internet. I’ll recommend anyone to rent. Thank you Maithya.

Pam’s Place was the perfect choice for our needs during our trip to attend a wedding at the Diani Beach Resort. Traveling on a budget, my wife and I took a chance on this affordable gem, which offered exceptional value compared to the resort. Nestled in a stunning location, it’s ideal for those seeking an authentic experience immersed in the local community, unlike the more private, tourist-oriented resort. The highlight was our host, Pam, whose warmth and responsiveness went above and beyond. When we forgot our phone chargers, she generously lent us her own. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Pam’s Place for travelers looking for great value and a genuine connection with the local culture.

Although it is a studio, it was very nice. Jackie is cooperative and responsive. This studio is situated in a former hotel, but it's clean and quarded. The garden with nice swimmingpools, which are being taken care of, is directly connected to the beach. The beach is awesome. Left and right, you will also find a good restaurant/terrace for staying at the beach. For the ones who want to go to a restaurant or to enjoy nightlife, there are taxis at the gate. So all in all a very good place to stay.

My stay at this beachfront Airbnb in Diani was nothing short of spectacular! The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the soft white sand and turquoise waters at any time of the day. One of the most magical experiences was watching the morning sunrise from the property. The view was absolutely breathtaking as the golden rays reflected off the ocean, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony or taking an early walk along the shore, the sunrise here is unforgettable. The house itself is well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The host was welcoming.

Faith is a kind and responsive host. I always choose to stay with her when I am in Diani as I know I can count on her to always be available. The place itself is in the best location at Blue Marlin and next to Salty Squid, but also with fully equipped amenities. I would recommend to anyone!
