Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. This is a clean, cozy, and affordable 1-bedroom apartment perfect for travelers looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay. It’s located in the back of an older multi-unit building in the small town of Croghan. While the exterior and immediate surroundings are modest, the unit itself offers comfort, privacy, and all the essentials—including a private entrance, a small porch with seating, and in-unit laundry. A great option for guests who want a quiet place to relax and recharge. .

Lake Bonaparte Camp

Beautiful boathouse on the water with a separate bunkhouse with bathroom located on picturesque Lake Bonaparte on the foothills of the Adirondacks. We have a tandem kayak for use just bring your life jackets. A new Keurig to make your morning coffee to sit on the front porch and enjoy the loons. We have all new mattresses throughout, a new grill and bathroom towels are provided. There is a boat slip available on the side of the boathouse. Lake Bonaparte is 40 min from Watertown.
