Monthly Rentals in Diamond Hill

This was our first stay with a sharing accoms and i'm glad it went smoothly. It's my fault that although i read the description and the reviews, i still wasn't able to tell this was for sharing. Sir Simon's place is neat and clean and very accessible with public transportation. He was also very kind and accomodating to us. Well recommended.

Sven's bnb was a nice fit for me as a North American attending CUHK for 2-month exchange. He provides all listed amenities and the place feels spacious despite what I'm used to in Canada. I stayed in the smallest room which was more compact so most of my time was spent in the living room. The flat requires walking up some stairs to reach which was easy for a 23 year old. I had 2 other roommates during my stay that I bonded well with. Sven also lives in this location or visits frequently to attend house chores. The bnb gets pretty lit when the gang gets together and we have shared many good memories so far throughout my stay. Sven was an outstanding host, he found me near the Sha Tin MTR station on the day that I arrived and we went to the bnb. After, he showed me around the Sha Tin area such as the mall, fitness centres, and scenic walk areas. He is very responsive, 5-10 minutes reply. Generally a pretty decent chap. The environment is nice and fully equipped, except the washing machine has everything.Suitable for people below 1.75, too high sometimes may bump to head
