Yes so this place was very clean and roomie, but they do have a quiet time, which yes I understand it is their home but we are paying for what we get, now they do have a pool but it was down so unfortunately we could not swim but other than that everything was great, very organized, they had notes on walls got what you can do and what you can use

Brian and Clara are super host. Their dog, Steven, is super friendly. Their place make me feel comfortable with quiet ambiance and natural light. My room had an AC, a TV that can connect to my devices through Bluetooth and Airplay, also a desk for me to work that come with drawers. Kitchen had a big fridge, cookwares with oven, microwave, air fryer and rice-cooker, also utensils and some spices allowing me to have some homemade dishes. Coffee and tea were free to make my own taste. The dishwasher give me a free mind of dirty dishes 😹 The built-in closet, ironing table and in-house laundry were super convenient. Two shared bathrooms were cleaned, also shower gel and shampoo were filled often. One bonus star is the bidet 🥰 Brian and Clara were responsive and gave me many recommendations about surrounding groceries, restaurants and parks. They had 4 bikes for guests to explore around. Clara even offered me a ride to the Amtrak station in the late evening. Absolutely recommended!

I stayed for 51 days with my parents from overseas. My mom has difficulty walking due to stroke history, Mr Yang and co-host Grace accommodated my parents to stay downstairs. The price is one of the cheapest in the area. The owner did not stay here, but he came sometimes to check in house and make sure guests were happy. You have a lot of freedom in this place. You can cook with a nice kitchen and all supplies ready to go, provided by the host. There is Walmart, Costco, shopping mall 5 mins away where you can do your groceries. Freeway 60 is nearby, which is very convenient. There is a yard in the back where you can see birds, rabbits, and squirrels. There is also basketball court backyard, you can do BBQ if you like. The co-host and her husband come to the house daily to clean up and check in on hosts. They are super nice and helpful and always try their best to accommodate what you need. They helped out a lot for my parents while I was at work. You need a Chinese translator app
