The backyard is fully enclosed, providing security and freedom for your pet. The house is a 5 minute walk from the Curralinho dam and 8 minutes from the substation waterfall. And a 15 km radius, there are several options for tourism and leisure.

Casa estilo rústico , datada de 1929 . Simples porém aconchegante, a decoração contém várias luminárias, dando um toque especial aos ambientes. Decoração feita por uma artista plástica Adriana Reis. Os proprietários da casa são um fotógrafo, e uma funcionária pública. Possui um terreiro com varanda, uma rede e um quintal muito bem cuidado. Obs: Apesar da casa ter quase 100 anos, ela não possui nenhuma infiltração e nenhum mofo.
