We have fruits in the backyard (jabuticaba, pitanga and blackberry depending on the season), teas and seasonings in the garden. The backyard is fully enclosed, providing security and freedom for your pet. The house is a 5 minute walk from the Curralinho dam and 8 minutes from the substation waterfall. And a 15 km radius, there are several options for tourism and leisure.

Casa estilo rústico , datada de 1929 . Simples porém aconchegante, a decoração contém várias luminárias, dando um toque especial aos ambientes. Decoração feita por uma artista plástica Adriana Reis. Os proprietários da casa são um fotógrafo, e uma funcionária pública. Possui um terreiro com varanda, uma rede e um quintal muito bem cuidado. Obs: Apesar da casa ter quase 100 anos, ela não possui nenhuma infiltração e nenhum mofo.
