Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The accommodation is 5 kilometers from the sea, with many beautiful beaches. (The last 50 meters to access the property is a concrete road slightly uphill)

There you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bus stop, cafes, restaurants and the popular Odontotos train that runs daily to Kalavryta and Zachlorou.
