excellent location, quiet neighbourhood. Only had the chance to stay for one night but I would definitely recommend it as it is a walking distance from the beach and the main road which has a lot of stores etc. Apartment was spotless clean and as described. We had a lovely stay at Joanna's place! Communication was smooth, we were greeted personally on arrival by Joanna's father who showed us around the flat and the apartment was just what we expected based on the listing. The location was lovely by a quiet road but close to the beach, supermarket and the bus stop to Larnaca/Ayia Napa. Heating and an extra layer of clothes made the apartment comfortably warm also in the winter. We can only recommend Joanna's place!

We spent a whole month in the apartment with a family of 5. The kitchen is well-equipped, even for long-term stay. There is air conditioning throughout the flat (except the kitchen) and it made our stay in Cyprus very easy. Upon arrival everything was beautifully clean and tidy, the laundry in the bedroom was washed and aligned. We had multiple items of towels available and also dedicated towels for the beach. All amenities were plentiful. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The entire apartment is chemically treated for cockroaches that are commonly found in Cyprus. However, they were not in the apartment. It happened that when we ventilated, the cockroach got into the apartment, but it died within 15 minutes due to a chemical treatment. The internet was seamless and fast. Veronika is very accommodating, fair, and the communication with her was great, she gave us a lot of helpful tips.
