100 year old 70+ acre family farm. This is a small upstairs apartment with one bed, one bath, kitchenette on a family farm. Owners are empty nesters and live on first floor. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful area. Walk the 70+ acres and feed the animals. We are right on U.S./ Canadian border. One hour to Vermont and Montreal. Stairs are on narrow/steep side getting up to apartment. Be aware this is a functioning farm. Chickens and other animals roam the property.
