Amazing location - walk to great restaurants and still enjoy a private-feeling beach with lifeguard stand just steps away. No need to 'pack' for the beach -the house is just steps away. Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge surrounding Broadkill has a family oriented hiking trail with an observation deck. Great views with lots of wildlife to see.
