Beautiful cabin located at Reed's on the River Resort on the beautiful Sturgeon River. Built in the 1940's. Remodeled in 2024. Private bedroom w/full bath, second bathroom, kitchen, & stone fireplace. Second queen size bed full size futon round out the living room space. The cabin The Sturgeon River is well known tubing, kayaking and fishing . We will be available for any needs. We are very pet friendly but a pet policy and a pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, with a maximum fee of $250

Burt Lake Waterfront Hideaway

Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets.

My family loved it and want to return for future trips up north. It was so cute and loved all the details related to trains while also being modern in the rental. Location was great being 30 minutes from Macinac and Petoskey for more touristy things but perfectly placed near nature for outdoors adventures as well (park across the street, trails, near a river). Also can't beat the ice cream place next door for the kids!
