This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. The space is designed with leisure stays, but also capable of accommodating business travelers. Coffee+Cocktails are now available downstairs, opened in 2023! 8AM-11PM

Downtown Detroit and Corktown are within 7 minutes by car and Uber/Lyft. Woodbridge is conveniently accessible to most major freeways.
