Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Detroit

The house was spacious and comfortable. Our group of five adults enjoyed meals and games at the table and a movie night in the living room. The local neighborhood was very nice for walking. We enjoyed checking out a nearby park. Communication was prompt.

Nice place in a good neighborhood with an easy drive to the arenas downtown, would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Kevin's. The place was cozy, clean, well equipped, and the host had left some much appreciated treats for us. The location was great with a of places to eat and drink within walking distance, and near a qline stop. The private parking was great and secure. The Detroit guide provided by the host was very useful. Communication was quick and good: We had initially booked another accommodation, but due to some unfortunate circumstances we quickly had to find someplace else to stay, and within half an hour from the booking request, we could check in at Kevin's. We're honestly happy the other accommodation didn't work out since Kevin's place was better in every aspect. Will definitely book the same place next time we're in Detroit!

Nice and cozy place, very peaceful, and easy to access. Used it for an overnight stay for a concert and was very pleased! Ky had great response time as well!

David is an exceptional host. The place was clean and had everything we needed. He really made us feel as if we were renting from a family member. He opened up his home and allowed us to use whatever we needed. The backyard was great for our dog. David responded to any questions we had within 5 minutes even offering us a late checkout if we needed one. I would highly recommend staying at David’s place.

Very nice and convenient location to downtown Detroit for events or shopping in Royal Oak/Somerset. Clean and safe property.

A perfect stay. Duda's place is so calm, peaceful, and beautiful. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi after a long day of traveling. The bed slept really well too. Although it is June, it was still nippy at night so Duda honored our request to use the fireplace. We were visiting Detroit, but we'd love to come back just to visit Windsor to explore more - and of course, stay here again and again!

Great Stay, Very comfotable and homey! We had a group of 6 people and felt it was a large enough space for us all. Had an extra friend stay over one night. We asked Sharon ahead of time and she was generous enough to allow it so very flexible - if in the area, would stay again. The place does require (or so it seemed right when you walk in) that it is a shoe off house, so that through us off since it wasn't clear if it was optional or not - so we kept shoes off but other than that - fun place! esp. the retro games in the basement!

Tanvir's BnB was clean and comfy to sleep at.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Navy Yard Flats. Prime location, beautiful unit, responsive host. Jason was lovely. Very helpful and went above & beyond. We liked the central location. Parking was manageable for us. Our boys loved playing in the park across the street and ice cream shop next door. I loved the cafes close by. If you are a light sleep or have Littles, I would bring a fan for the one bedroom. Overall it was a great stay and we will be booking again with Jason this summer.

Great apartment, but brutal neighbor noise. Children running around and screaming until midnight both nights we stayed. Walls do a pretty poor job of keeping the noise out, unfortunately. Thats no fault of the owner though, who has a great space in a great location. We loved how close we were to the fantastic greenway that led right into Corktown.

The place was great. Loved the decor!!! It felt like a hotel stay. Very clean and organized. It was comfortable and Em was a great host. She was very kind, patient and accommodating.

Lizzie’s places was so clean and looked EXACTLY like the pictures. It felt just like home. This is by far my best air bnb experience. Also in a beautiful neighbor neighborhood!!! Highly recommend!!

Ashley was so quick to respond to us, even at night! the place was everything we needed and she was very honest in her description and everything she had to offer. The bed was probably the most comfortable piece of furniture I've ever laid on. Overall loved the experience and would definitely book again.

I wish we could had enjoy the downstairs uni more. Its quiet neighbourhood and the house was clean. I enjoyed the fire place. The house was alright. I enjoy looking out the window. The basement unit gets plenty of sun. ☀️ I love the nearby restaurants and scenery. We LOVED this area Walmart and farm shops.

It was our second time staying at Ian's place, we had a great time once again! Easy to find and in a nice and safe neighborhood. The small appartments make it easy to have privacy even when travelling as a group. Highly recommend!

Zarifa is simply the best host out there. Very responsive, attentive and polite. She truly wants your stay to be the best. I would book with her every time if I could!

I highly recommend this house. I spent a week there and found it to be very peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I’d also like to highlight how incredible Blessing is—attentive, kind, and always ready to help throughout my stay.

A great location for our trip to visit family in Grosse Pointe. We had a lovely stay, and will stay here again if we can.

This place absolutely perfect! Zoha and Samina went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I felt like I was at home. So close to all the places like food, mall, restaurants. The most important thing I loved is the garden, so so pretty and so much work put into it, nature is my favorite so I truly appreciate it, the view from my window was so so beautiful. The place was truly amazing, everything was so easy. Hosts let check out a little later cause I started work later in the evening and that was so sweet of them. If you want private, peaceful, homey neighborhood this one’s for you. They literally have everything you need. Both Zoha and Samina are so kind and thoughtful, cannot recommend it enough. Definitely coming back!!! Thank you so such a wonderful hospitality!
