Villa BeleVita je novi objekat koji se nalazi na prekrasnoj lokaciji 5 km od grada Đurđevca. Smještena je u oazi mira i tišine te netaknute prirode. Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica ville iznosi 5000m2. U sklopu vile nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem i Jacuzzijem. Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
