Washser/dryer, iron/board, 1st aid and cooking/eating supplies are available. Master bedroom has queen, 2nd bedroom has full and 3rd bedroom is a sitting room. There is 1 full size blow up mattress available. Sleeps 5 comfortably Pets are welcome w/ pet fee of 85..00 non refundable. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture

We are only 45 minutes from one of the top beaches in the US, Siesta Key, 10 minutes from the famous Arcadia antique district, and 15 minutes from shopping and the I-75 corridor that takes you up and down the west coast of Florida. And lastly step right out the dining room onto the deck with seating to extend your experience.

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
