Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). On the ground floor there is an open-plan sitting/dinning/kitchen area with one bedroom and one bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second with a smaller bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals.
