Holiday rentals with a pool in Desert Hot Springs

Remarkable, secluded, serene, a true hidden oasis is what comes to mind when describing Tim's place. Beautifully appointed house that is a perfect representation of that mid century modern Palm Springs style. The floor to ceiling windows over looking the pool and backyard surrounded by 20 ft plants and trees make it feel like a secret hideaway only you know about and get to enjoy. If the property wasn't enough Tim's hospitality and thoughtfulness, truly making us feel welcome and special was greatly appreciated and praiseworthy. We will be back soon.

Stayed for the memorial day weekend and this place exceeded our expectations. We walked into a beautiful layout. I will definitely rebook this amazing home. The owners were nice and responded swiftly when I had any questions. absolutely loved it. Thank you!

One of the best Airbnb ive stayed in. Super clean, quiet, response time is super quick and rooms are super nice. My kids love the pool and living room.

Our stay was perfect. zero complaints with the house or hosts. the pool was especially clean, and the hot tub heated up very quickly (within an hour and a half). we were provided with all the basics necessities. my only “problem” was the price. i went with a group of 4, and for 2 nights the price was pretty steep. its absolutely worth it, but if i had to have a complaint, it would be the price. 10/10 home!!! 5 stars all around just be aware that there isn’t much to do until you get into the city, which is a 30 minute drive. :)))

We stayed at the Airbnb for four nights, and it was wonderful. We encountered three issues during our stay, and our host, Maggie, was very responsive either resolving the problems or offering alternative solutions. The Airbnb was clean and matched the photos provided. I appreciated all the thoughtful details and the high end pieces that the host carefully selected for the home. Before booking, as well as during our stay, Maggie was quick to respond to all of my questions. If we visit Joshua Tree again, we would definitely rebook.

It was a getaway for Father’s Day weekend and for my 13 year old grandson to have a vacation after school year ended… we were so happy to arrive in such a beautiful clean home! It really is JUST like the photos! We went to the market and bought food and stayed put from Friday to Monday!! No need to leave because there’s so much to do at the house! I can’t say it enough, it’s an awesome home and Marek responds quickly if you have a question!! We absolutely loved the home and we WILL return next year!!

This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Britta has thought of everything you could possibly need and more! The grounds were very well maintained and it was quiet. The pool was perfect temperature and we often had it to ourselves. I highly recommend this place and hope to return.

Location is Stunning! It’s a gated community and has a beautiful scenery of the mountains. Everything in this community is so clean and well kept. Our hosts are amazing! They are very nice and so quick to respond. It made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. Great place to stay if you are a solo traveler or in a couple. Left feeling relaxed

Very pleased with our stay here! This rental was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway to the desert! The outdoor space is quiet and super-private. We never saw or heard any neighbors, but watched hummingbirds spar overhead as we lounged by the pool. The pool is clean and perfect for floating all afternoon, looking out at the mountains. The spa is a great way to relax under the stars after dinner. The location was great. Close enough to downtown to be a quick drive when hot, or a reasonable stroll when it's cooler. And I appreciated being able to talk an early morning jog around the area. We didn't spend much time indoors, but it's a light, airy, and comfortable space. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts and their assistant was friendly, transparent, and proactive. Very nice people! We will gladly rent this place again when we return to PS for a desert getaway! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect place for my partner and I to spend our anniversary weekend. There were so many wonderful restaurants downtown to choose from, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful, where we stayed, and Jerry and Craig were incredibly responsive and respectful. One thing I would point out is, if you are not a gay man, or a woman celebrating her bachelorette party, the party scene is pretty underwhelming . Aside from that, I’d definitely stay in this exact spot again.

Our history, Matt, was one of the best I’ve ever had. Extremely communicative and accommodating. The unit is clean, comfortable, updated and has unobstructed Mountain Views and an oversized private patio. The gym and pool were well maintained and the neighbors were friendly. Location in south PS is prime. We’ll be back.

We loved staying in this fabulous condo at the iconic Ocotillo Lodge, designed by famed midcentury modern architect William Krisel. Although the once spectacular public rooms at the Lodge are now shuttered, the grounds have been beautifully restored with cactus and succulents, and the large landmark champagne-cork shaped pool is beautifully maintained, serenaded (quietly) through the day with delightful recordings of classic Great American Songbook music of the 50's. The Brite Spot condo itself has been wonderfully decorated with handsome vintage furniture and lighting, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, and boasts a lovely little courtyard with a great old olive tree that throughout the day hosts various singing desert birds. The Lodge no longer has a working bar or restaurant, but coffee, cocktails, great food, and the sights and attractions of Palm Springs - including Krisel's justly famed Twin Palms community - are all just minutes away.

This is our second stay at Steve’s, and it’s always a pleasure. The welcoming atmosphere makes us feel right at home. Steve’s hospitality shines through with clear entry instructions and prompt responsiveness whenever we reach out. The hot tub, conveniently located right outside the door, adds to the charm. We always check the availability of his place before considering any other options.

I rate our stay a 4.7. Great house. Pool much smaller than the pictures but was perfect for the 2 grand kids. House is a little dated but well kept. TVs’s in the rooms didn’t work or I was doing something wrong but one room TV stated upgrade needed. If you want privacy, this is a good place to stay but if you want restaurants nearby walking distance, this is not the place to stay. Restaurants for a minimum 10 to 15 minutes away which is no big deal. Thanks John You’re a great host. We look forward to seeing one of your places again thank you again

A great find! A group of friends and I take an annual trip and this was a perfect find. The pool was lovely and had ample shade throughout the day (which we needed in the month of June). The house was the perfect size, temperature held just right, and no bugs or anything. The one thing is Palm Springs can get windy so the tree coverage can cause the pool to get a little dirty with foliage. A note that surprised us (but wasn’t necessarily a deterrent) is that the pool is in the front yard; it didn’t feel like it often though because of the high fences and foliage. Ken was also always responsive to texts or messages!

We had the most amazing girls’ weekend at this Palm Springs getaway! We were celebrating a trifecta of joy—my best friend’s wedding, my engagement, and one expecting a baby. The house was the perfect backdrop for our celebrations. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub, which made it feel like a true retreat. The landscaping was gorgeous, and the space was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy Palm Springs with friends or family!

It really is a Dream Home! We had a perfect stay and weekend with our small dog. The home was just as described and had everything we needed and more. We will be back again soon!

The place was absolutely beautiful. The amenities were gorgeous and hosts responded extremely quickly whenever I had questions. I would for sure stay there again and had an amazing experience!

We loved the house. It's a perfect Palm Springs vibe. The weather was a bit cool the first two days so we enjoyed the fire pit outside at night. The pool is heated and there's lots of outdoor fun and functional space. The instructions for departure were clear and simple. Driving to all the attractions was easy from this location. I would have liked one more day and night to just hang around the pool and house. I would definelty recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was incredibly spacious for our group of six, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities were excellent, especially the pool, which we really enjoyed. The location was also convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The only minor issue was that it was a bit challenging to cool down the main house with the A/C. That said, the host was amazingly accommodating and communicative throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely recommend!

Definitely recommend this house as an option if youre looking for a good peaceful fun time in the pool and or have a hang out in the back while doing some bbq! The place more then served every one of our needs and Kylee was a great host! Very quick to respond and had the place set up to make it feel like home away from home. Thank you Kylee once again we loved our stay and will miss your couches as they were the best weve ever lounged on!
