Enjoy the sunset over the river, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the large patio! The golf course, driving range and putting green are just steps away. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.

Our quiet neighborhood home offers a large private pool and hot tub and access to a variety of Desert Aire amenities, including a community boat launch, private park and a PGA rated 18 hole golf course. You are a short 30-minute drive to the Gorge Amphitheater and surrounding wineries. The home features an open floor with a well stocked kitchen, two separate living areas, dining area, and large outdoor patio and pool and hot tub area. Come and enjoy our oasis in the sun.
