Holiday rentals with a patio in Desenzano del Garda

**Rating: 5 stars** The stay was simply great! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location was perfect, and communication with the host was super friendly and straightforward. We especially liked [a special detail, e.g. the balcony, the comfortable bed or the well-equipped kitchen]. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We had a very nice stay! The mobile home was clean, well equipped and offered everything you need for a few relaxing days. The absolute highlight, however, was the beautiful pool area and the quiet location – surrounded by vines, simply fantastic. Marta and her family were extremely friendly, warm and always helpful. We felt very welcome and would love to come back anytime!

Alessandra and Pino were excellent hosts - the communication in advance was great and they always asked if everything was to our satisfaction. The apartment and the area were an oasis of tranquility in which we could relax to the chirping of crickets after our activities. The kitchen is extraordinarily equipped, all necessary kitchen utensils are available. The living room is actually larger than it looked for us in the photos. Supermarkets are nearby, as well as a great dog beach. We can fully recommend the apartment!

The place is in a convenient location to the train station. It is beautifully present and clean. It has a great balcony with a view of the lake.

A clean, modern and high-quality apartment in every way. Comfortable small terrace and balcony. Good air conditioning throughout the apartment. As an area, a very pleasant small village. Restaurants, shops and a beach within walking distance. All in all, a very positive accommodation experience. Very professional, friendly and helpful host, responds quickly to messages. I would definitely recommend this home.

The hostess Ersilia is very nice and immediately gave us tips for good restaurants. The accommodation was very clean and we felt right at home.

The accommodation was great and worth every cent. The 25-metre pool alone is great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning was also worth its weight in gold, because it was very hot. We found the apartment to be quiet, in the evening the windows were closed and you heard nothing. You can quickly get from the apartment to the old town, quickly to the train station and quickly to the ferry dock. Diletta is great, was quick to reach and incredibly helpful. We will be back.

It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

Simply fantastic – best Airbnb accommodation ever! 🌞 The place was really a hit! The view was like a picture book - you couldn't get enough of it. Morning coffee with a view of the lake and the city? Yes please! ☕ The apartment itself was super equipped, everything sparkling clean and totally cozy. We didn't miss anything - from the kitchen to the terrace, everything was perfectly thought out. The absolute highlight for our kids (and honestly for us too): the mega pool! 🏊‍♂️ The 3 of them spent almost the whole day there - we almost had to fish them out in the evening 😄 In short: we felt completely comfortable. If you book here, you're doing everything right. We are guaranteed to come back – absolute recommendation!

What a stunning place to stay. The views are incredible. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the 3 min walk to the beach/lake make this location brilliant.

Lovely house. Much nicer in real life than in pictures. Nice to have a garden/terrace and pool for relaxing. Quiet location. A few nice restaurants 10 min walk. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house.

The house was really perfect for our holiday. The perfect base for excursions to the lake or to nearby cities such as Verona. We looked forward to coming home every evening and enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace with fantastic views. The kitchen is super equipped and you really have everything you need for cooking. If you don't want to cook, there is a pizzeria and a small grocery store nearby. So you don't always have to drive. We felt very comfortable and would definitely spend our holiday here again.

A wonderful stay - the apartment was as described.. private, quiet and with a lovely view. Massimo was helpful and responsive to answer any queries and provide recommendations on the area.

It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

Marisa is a wonderfully attentive hostess who maintains contact on her own initiative and offers her advice and support in all matters, in the best German, by the way. The apartment is very harmonious and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning, set to quiet, very pleasant. We enjoyed using the outdoor seating in the quiet alley and also the bars, shops, bakeries and ice cream parlour in the immediate vicinity. Those who "come home" from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda meet familiar faces and soon feel like part of the village. Thank you, Marisa, for the wonderful holiday week with you.

Second stay at Casa Carolina. Always the same pleasure of finding this cozy, bright house and its perfect garden for aperitivo. The location is ideal: quiet place, but close to the lake, a department store, downtown, ... We appreciate personal contact with Flavio.

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.
