Holiday houses in Dermulo

An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Super easy to drive there. Max was already waiting with the keys. Appartment is in walking distance of everything but in a quiet street. Will definitely come back. Thanks for everything…

It was all to our satisfaction. The apartment is large, very nicely equipped and also equipped with everything necessary in the kitchen, so we could spend a great week. There are good shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity and also the access to the washing machine, which is shared with other parties, worked. The rental provided enough toilet paper and dishwashing tablets for a week which was very accommodating. We were particularly pleased with the magnificent balcony, the Swedish stove and the fondue equipment. Too bad the master bedroom can't be separated from the master bathroom with a sliding door. Due to the fact that the large bathroom window cannot be darkened (an interior shade is missing), a lot of light falls into the bedroom at night.

Very kind host, you can see that you care about his guests and his work. He also recommended a beautiful walk not far from the B&B. We'll be back!

We stayed at "The house in the rock " and the experience was very positive. The house is located in a strategic and quiet location... you can breathe peace and quiet. The house is comfortable, clean, thought out in detail, and has every comfort. A singular oriental influence embellishes the environment, making it original and prestigious. The host Paolo is particularly courteous and available. Highly recommended .

We had a fantastic stay in Christina’s home and will definitely be back. It is spotless with comfy beds and cool rooms for a good nights sleep. The balcony and use of the pool was brilliant in the hot weather. The free shuttle bus into Garda was also really handy and saved us a lot of time during our stay. Contact with Krissi was great and she went above and beyond to help us and recommend things. Thank you!

We stayed for the second time and felt very comfortable again. We liked the beautiful, fully equipped apartment, the nice contact with Robert and his wife and the beautiful location of the apartment. Thanks to the South Tyrol card, you are well connected by bus, which stops close to the apartment, and there is also a shopping opportunity next door. This property and its very accommodating landlords are highly recommended from our point of view.

As always, everything worked out great: Communication, check-in, very nice apartment with fantastic lake view, restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. We've been there many times and will be happy to come back!!!

Alessandro’s home is one of the most fantastic Airbnbs we have ever stayed. Alessandro is a wonderful host who was very responsive to all of our messages with his recommendations, directions and wonderful hospitality. Alessandro’s apartment overlooks a gorgeous square and of course the incredible Lake Garda. You can hear the church bells in the background at all different hours. This is classic Italy at its finest. The terrace is absolutely beautiful to sit out there with a glass of wine and a toast to what is to become the quintessential Italian holiday. The apartment is full of beautiful generosities like wine, chocolate, lollies, water, and great bathroom amenities. These generosities really express exactly how the host is. The bed is beautifully comfortable. The apartment is renovated, air-conditioned, great kitchen, huge living area and has two bathrooms. Don’t hesitate or think about it, just book this incredible apartment, it’s perfetto in every way.
