Monthly Rentals in Dermish

The apartment was very clean and extremely modern, with all the amenities I could think of. Location was great, with it being out of the way of the main areas, while also being very close to the port. Denisa was very lovely and responsive, and was kind enough to allow us to check in slightly early, which we greatly appreciated. Although our stay wasn’t very long, it is a perfect apartment for a longer stay too, and the bathroom and kitchen were very modern and well-equipped. Everything was comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Ornela's apartment! Not only was it all newly-refurbished and comfortable but Ornela was very accommodating and pleasant as a host. She helped us get to Sarande by bus, checked in regularly and also dealt with any issues very quickly. The location is great, being 5 minutes from the seafront and right next to a big supermarket. We found our long stay to be very comfortable. Thanks Ornela!

Sasha is a very helpful host (and patient!! as he did not find the way he came to recover us!!). The area is quiet, with adjacent amenities (for now of course not all open, but in preparation for the next periods), a wonderful beach under the house with thrilling sunsets, colors and priceless views. From the apartment it is easy to connect both to the center of Saranda (5 minutes by car traffic permitting) and Ksamil with 15 - 20 minutes by car (always traffic allowing). We never left on foot in the center of Saranda, but I think it's a 45-minute walk. The house is equipped with every comfort, including the very useful washing machine. For TV, ask Sasha because I think it only goes with the cards that are on the TV (like Netflix, Sky, etc.). Recommended for those who do not want to stay in the village and for those who want to look back with the picture from the terrace. Thanks Sasha, I hope to see you soon 🥰

Chris’ place exceeded expectations! The flat was beautiful and in a great location! Chris was super accommodating and helpful providing us with loads of information and recommendations. Would definitely return to Saranda and stay here again.
