A spacious living and dining area with doors opening out onto a patio with a Hot Tub for four people & private garden. The house has comfy beds, boho decor & is really warm and cosy in winter.

Pepper Cottage- pet-friendly, stylish & cosy

Pepper Cottage is a stylish yet traditional workman's cottage with a modern garden room extension situated on Church Street, about 5-10mins walk into the centre of Matlock. It is ideal for dog-owners as it has a fenced garden and easy access to the High & Pic Tor for walks with fantastic views across Matlock & down to Matlock Bath. The front of the cottage looks up to Riber Castle. There is a lockable garden shed for bikes. Ideal for couples & families with older children.

Rita's Retreat

Rita’s Retreat is set on a working small holding, with lovely views across the fields, and sheep grazing close by. Inside is a handmade double bed, made locally, a full size shower with sink and WC and heated towel rail, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and Smart TV. This carefully renovated forge is perfect for a break in the beautiful southern borders of the Peak District National Park. Fabulously converted, this cottage offers an open plan living space with a cosy wood burner, and wonderful views over the open countryside.
