Pak Yusak's apartment is clean and tidy there are 2 large rooms and a sofa bed complete kitchen equipment and there is a washing machine too although this unit is quite old, it looks like the unit is well maintained highly recommended for accommodation during holidays in jakarta with family

Host is very accomodating and helpful to every queries ask. Travelled in group of 4. The place offers 2 bedrooms, 1 shared toilet with heater and washing machine, living room with tv that offers local tv shows (and Mi Stick with Netflix - you can log in own account and don't forget to log out!), plenty of mirrors - good for ladies, small kitchen/dining area with fridge, water dispenser with hot, warm and cold setting, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Location is also strategic, next to Thamrin City and easy for ehailing/driver to pick up to-fro. Rooms for improvement - hoping more pillows and comforter especially for the single bed room with extra bed, and for longer stay, perhaps can offer bigger trash bin/can.

Comfortable, is a good choice

Delzyanna's house is perfect for a large family. The house has everything for a comfortable stay for a family. We were 19 people including kids and elders and we had a great stay.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. My mom and I stayed at Al's again for the second time—and we loved it! The place felt like a true home away from home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, such as towels and towel mats in the bathroom, hangers, proper amount of utensils, etc. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, with the place being regularly cleaned and maintained, which made for a worry-free and pleasant experience. Al was also responsive as always. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the fantastic location to the well-equipped apartment and the helpful host, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of this Airbnb is its location. Situated right across from Bintaro Plaza, it provides easy access to a variety of shopping and dining options. The kitchen, though small, serves its purpose well. It is efficiently designed and provides everything needed for light cooking. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a microwave. This would make heating food much easier and add to the overall convenience. Also, the Teflon pan provided is quite old and full of scratches, which could be a health concern—replacing it would be a great idea for future guests. Most importantly, Dinda, the owner, was very responsive. She quickly answered any questions I had, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The entrance open the door to the room is cool how clean is nice .. it's comfortable like a home.. the host is very responsive, thank you later I will stay 🙏

Received clear details and instructions before arrival. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Great amenities, excellent location - quick walk to Plaza and Grand mall. No issues. Will stay here again.
