Not too big, not too small. Lindsay's place was everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We felt cozy and at home, perfect for resting between busy days. The beach is quite a walk but the hand drawn maps help to find the way!

Karen was an amazing host! Check in was extremely easy and the place was easy to find! Both Karen and Mark were so so friendly! My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed wandering through Karen's shop downstairs all while chatting with Karen the whole time. We felt like we've known her for years! She was so helpful while I was trying to find the perfect gift in her shop. The space we stayed in was perfect! It was cozy, comfortable and clean! The black out curtains were welcomed, as were the A/C's and fan! The furniture was comfortable and everything we needed for the weekend. Highly recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be back in the event we come back to that area. Zero complaints!

Mark is a very responsive and relaxed host that cares about his guests’ experiences, both in his accommodations and out and about in the local area. The space was clean, relaxed and comfortable and we loved our two nights there. This space is perfect for a getaway to Traverse City and the surrounding area.

Overall the stay was amazing!! Just watching the sunset and watching the sunrise. Was so beautiful, it felt just like home I even wnt zipping in Boyne and the drive up there was beautiful. I will be back Thank you my husband birthday was perfect

We had a fantastic stay in this Airbnb in Traverse City. The location is perfect-right on the Tart Trail and just a short bike ride to downtown. We love being able to easily access, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The space was clean and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a wall stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The host was responsive and helpful and check-in was smooth and easy. If you’re looking for a convenient and peaceful spot that still puts you close to all the action in Traverse City this is a great choice. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was very cozy and homey, clean and comfortable! The hosts were very prompt and friendly answering a question that I had prior to reserving it. The instructions were precise and easy to understand. Loved our stay! Check-in was super easy and communication was quick. The place was really cute and thoughtfully decorated. Everything was great quality and the kitchen had way more than most Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Loved the little extras like body wash and laundry detergent. The rooftop hot tubs were a nice bonus and got really hot. Parking was fine in our small SUV but could be tight for something bigger. Super quiet and the bed was really comfy. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

This home was just as advertised. Clean, well stocked and our host was very responsive to our few questions. If you are planning a trip centered around biking, you can’t beat this location! It’s right on the TART trail. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I and our small dog. Highly recommend.

Jesse was a great host and we enjoyed staying at their place! We appreciated the private beach to play at and the pool was well maintained. There were plenty of food and entertainment options that Jesse recommended in their binder, and all were fantastic choices. The views were amazing from the living room/patio, and it felt very private. We couldn’t see any other guest and did not hear neighbors. It was very peaceful being on site and we could definitely see about renting the place again in the future! Jesse was a great host, communicated early and often, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, great experience and thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!
