Family-friendly holiday rentals in Denpasar

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Seminyak, Bali. The property was exactly as described—clean and peaceful. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available to answer questions or offer local tips. Budi, Ayu, Wayan and Wawan were always ready to help us. We especially loved the private pool and master bedrooms which made the whole experience feel luxurious. The location was perfect too—close to great restaurants, cafes, and beaches, but still quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali!

We really fell in love with this beautiful villa! Everything is there to charm you: a beautiful room overlooking a pool and a breathtaking view of the rice field. This experience in the middle of nature allows you to completely disconnect, get away from the crowds and traffic of Ubud. Even if it's not in the centre, there are plenty of great places, especially restaurants and spas, in the surrounding area. A little extra for Shesha, Kadek's sister, who was really lovely to us. Very accommodating and always smiling, it was a real pleasure when she came to bring us breakfast. Our communication was also perfect with Kadek before our arrival. Hosts also offer us services such as airport transfers or scooter rentals, which is very much appreciated. We will definitely come back if we are in Bali again!

Excellent spot. Great having the plants along the walls, felt like you were in a jungle. The rooftop was our favourite for evenings and watching the sunset. Great location, tucked away but not too far away from a big store with all you need.

what a beautiful place and the most welcoming hosts I ever had, the place is about 20 min walking from the main street with shoppings, Ibud palca and lovely cafes and restaurants. You will enjoy the swimming pool after a long day of activities. i recommend 1000%

Wayan and his wife are great. Always responds and swiftly. Is proactive where necessary. Admire his alertness without being intrusive. Kept everything in order without asking. So always, every moment tidy and clean. The stay was a hit for us as a family. Each family has their own cottage and a shared kitchen with a large dining table. Swimming pool nice a little cold because there was a lot of rain and it fell at night. Wayan is an excellent driver and a great dancer😉. If possible, we would like to come back. Best wishes from all of us.

A fantastic villa in an excellent location close to eat street and the Coco supermarket. The villas were updated and extremely well maintained and the staff of Krisna and Ayu were amazing at preparing our breakfast when requested and attending to other requests. There are excellent amenities for children with high chairs, a pool fence (additional cost) and plastic utensils - the added touches which matter! I highly recommend this villa for anyone who wants a luxurious and peaceful escape in Seminyak - but still close to the action. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Bali!

Nyoman's place was so lovely. It retained a nice traditional and nature-y feel, both inside the room and in the balcony, while still including some hotel-esque perks like daily cleaning and breakfast. The whole family was the absolute sweetest and really made me feel at home. The location is a bit farther from main attractions in Ubud, which is nice if you're looking for a peaceful getaway, but you will have to take a Grab into the city (maybe 10ish mins) if that's something you're concerned about. The villa off to the side by their house, so it allowed for a lot of privacy but also provided the more immersed local, cultural experience which you would not get in a hotel. I appreciated their place because of the authentic feeling, so if you're looking for a more western or commercialized place with lots going on around you, it might be worth looking into a hotel. The house is fantastic, it’s absolutely enormous, especially when compared with other properties available and has a fully stocked kitchen and lovely en-suite rooms. We happily spent many days without leaving the property and just hung out in the garden by the pool. It’s less than ten minutes from Melasti Beach with all the high end beach clubs and about half an hour drive from the more tourist focused towns and restaurants nearer Uluwatu Beach. Kerry and Mark were great and booked us transport and sorted out a car rental for us on the day we arrived. Rani the housekeeper is amazing and came in every day to make the beds up to a hotel standard and also did regular laundry runs for us. We would highly recommend the house.

Made and David make us feel like home, lovely host, friendly and always paying attention if wee need anything. Location is great, in the heart of Canggu, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Villa is clean with a nice pool. Strongly recommended!!

Made is a super friendly host who we saw every morning on our way out. He always checked on how everything was going. Made was always responsive to any questions we had or any requests we had. This villa was in a peaceful location and about a 30 minute walk to the Ubud town centre. We loved the showers that were outdoors yet still private. Made provided lots of breakfast options which were all good.

Very comfortable & clean room. Friendly & helpful personnel. Had a restful night there. Central but quite location. Few meters away from Alchemy center, Dragon tea temple & waroeng Bernadette. Strongly recommend it & would definitely come back !

It was one of the best experiences of my entire trip. The host was great and charming, she was attentive to me at all times. The house is simply breathtaking.

Location. About a 10 minute walk from Kuta Beach. This stay is also super close to indoor bank with ATM's and local shops/restaurants. Stay. The upstairs showers is very powerful, which needed to wash all the beach sand off your body. They provided breakfast everyday and replenished dish soap and toilet paper for our 11 day stay. Don't stay here you don't like dogs. Clean. Cleaning was available every 48 hours. Again super helpful with sand. Communication. Sukna was extremely helpful. The power went out twice during our visit. Once at around 4am. She responded within 15 minutes and was super proactive and go the power company to come. Power came back on under and hour. The second time the power went off, there was trouble to the cables under the Indian Ocean, so the entire Kuta/Legian was out of power, she was helpful with the updates as to what was going and how soon they were able to get it back up. This outage lasted from about 1300-2100.

We stayed as a family of 9 adults and 2 children and we had a great time! The villa was beautiful and we had enough space for all of us. Eka and the rest of the staff were very kind and prepared delicious breakfasts for us everyday. We would love to come back!

Great pool. Easy location, quiet and a wonderful team!

The house was in a very nice location. Markets and souvenir shops were very close. The house was peaceful and quiet. We slept very comfortably. Our host was very helpful and well-intentioned. Our breakfasts were delicious and our view was magnificent. It was a pleasant stay for us. Thank you.

Checked the reviews on Airbnb for this vill and booked it. Absolute gem of a place. Spent 4 days there with wife and 2 kids and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good clean rooms and comfy beds, out of this world bathrooms and shower area, beautiful pool and garden area and well maintained and functioning kitchen. Nyoman and Ketut are amazingly caring hosts - responsive and always ready to help. They served lovely breakfast too everyday. Totally worth staying in this beautiful oasis

We had a wonderful stay! Traveling with two teenagers, we found the three bedrooms very comfortable and ideal for our family. The accommodation was conveniently located close to local food spots, which made dining out easy and enjoyable. The host was exceptionally kind—he waited for us until 12:30 am due to a delayed flight and gave us a warm welcome, even helping with our bags during both check-in and check-out. He also provided detailed instructions about the house and nearby attractions, which was incredibly helpful. The only minor downside was that the bedrooms weren’t well-ventilated, and the air conditioning took a bit of time to cool the rooms. Adding individual fans in each room would definitely enhance the overall comfort. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Yuli and Daniel have the most gorgeous space at Rumah Laplapan and it felt like such a breath of fresh air once we arrived. The views, the ducks, the peace, it's truly something you can't put a price on. As Bali tourism increases, finding hidden gems like this where you can truly escape the noise is so rare. We appreciated the kindness and care of Yuli, Wayan, and Daniel at every step and highly recommend this place as a week-long escape or romantic couple's getaway for a seasoned traveler. And don't miss out on the Crispy Chicken Waffle at Mango Cafe across the street! 5-star stay all around! We'll be back!

We had a great time at Villa Lora it was exactly like photo’s. Beautiful pool, gorgeous rooms. Extremely spacious, clean towels provided everyday. Gede our host was lovely, communication was wonderful, very responsive, assisted with all queries and requests, nothing was too much trouble. It was close to restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend Villa.

We absolutely loved this Villa! It was roomy, had everything we needed for our stay and the beds were great! Also loved the inviting pool and spent much time floating around. We were so happy with the location as it was a quick walk away from bars, shopping mall, chemists, massages and we were totally spoiled with the choice of many amazing eateries! Roxanne was an excellent communicator - always responded quickly and made everything clear, we were really happy with Ayu the housekeeper. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Thank you for a great holiday!

John’s place was a quiet oasis, compared to the chaos that is Seminyak! Beautiful private pool, and within minutes of the bustling streets. Made, his wife and Shirani, took care of our needs, Made cleaning the pool every morning, and the lovely ladies cooking breakfast and cleaning. I would recommend, staying there, a well equipped kitchen for longer stays, and plenty of aqua water and ice. The only negative thing I would mention, is I feel it was quite dark, as a lot of the lights point upward. A beautiful read in the day bed, but came inside early because it was too dark. But nothing to complain about. 😊

Our party of 7 stayed at Villa Fi to celebrate my birthday. It was just perfect! My first comment is about Teti- she is warm and kind and along with Ari made us feel instantly welcome and they both cared for us impeccably. Teti is the true gem that makes Villa Fi so special- her happy nature and genuine interest in those she looks after is to be commended. We enjoyed abundant breakfasts ( the banana pancakes are so delicious! ) and one evening she cooked us a feast of Indonesian food. Teti went above and beyond to make my birthday breakfast special with a decorated table and a cake as well. The villa itself is exactly as you see in the photos. It is a quiet haven; an oasis in a residential area away from the bustle that is Seminyak. It’s a leisurely stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars and a short Gojek ride to anywhere else you’d like to go. The rooms are spacious and serviced every day. It’s the perfect place to relax.
