Great welcome, more than enough attention... Thierry is a lovely host! The place is perfect for nature lovers, we were able to fish in no-kill, enjoy the spa and spend wonderful moments with the family of 9. I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation.
