Great location. The view to the Mersey and Liverpool is outstanding. Calm surrounding, easy to park. Liverpool city center is only 15’ away by car. The apartment is very confortable. Jane has been adorable. We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was near enough to the city and the Albert Docks. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. We would recommend and Nicci was very responsive to any queries that we had.

what an amazing place! Loved staying here for a couple of nights. Everything within easy walking distance but so peaceful and relaxing. Lorraine was so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again

I'll start by saying, I am obsessed with reviews & they make or break a place for me as I'm not keen on risking it with 3 kids. I'm Liverpool-born, so knew the area we were staying, but I'd read reviews that said it was too far from town so I was worried. I'll be honest, if you HATE walking, you're best off staying closer (or using ubers). We like a stroll with the kids and it was only about 15 minutes to Liverpool One (which is all the good stuff) on a really easy route (1 straight road in to town!). The flat is walking distance to the new Everton stadium,too, if you're a fan. Key pick-up is at shop 5 mins drive away - don't get me wrong, it's not a scenic shopping centre, but it's just a place to collect a key and you're in and out in 2 minutes - don't overthink it. Flat was perfectly clean, didn't hear a single noise from anyone else and it had everything we needed. Kids loved it and the hosts were so friendly & helpful. Free parking this close to Lpool - added bonus! Book it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melinda’s place. The apartment is well situated, being right next to Rhos-on-sea beach, 30-minute walk from Colwyn Bay and about an hour drive from Snowdonia and Llanddwyn Beach. The view from the bed is breath-taking, especially for the sunrise. The apartment is very bright, specious and the large windows let all the sunlight in during the day. The decor feels carefully curated, cozy and unique. We felt incredibly comfortable and at home during our stay. We also enjoyed reading in the rocking chair by the window, while being surrounded by greenery. The kitchen is large, well equipped and was perfect for our morning French pressed coffee provided by the host. We really appreciated the sustainable/eco friendly aspect of the place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future.

Ed’s place is perfectly situated in the gorgeous historic setting of Hamilton Square which has a train station and ferry port taking you into the city in minutes! Ed’s place is right at the top but the views are so worth the climb! Bedding and towels beautifully clean, fresh and plentiful and furnishings are comfy and non-pretentious so you feel right at home. Ed is an attentive host, providing all you need after a long drive (sorry we didn’t eat the eggs!). He left out a parking permit for us and access was easy. Nearby Wetherspoons does a great brekkie and a walk around Woodside murals are lovely and views spectacular across the river. Nearby New Brighton, Vale Park, Birkenhead Park and Priory are worth visiting as well as is the city of Liverpool itself. Only thing we missed was a dining table but honestly that’s the only recommendation I can think of! Thanks so much Ed, we will be back 😊

Great place for us to stay near family. Great amount of space for us as a family of 5 with everything you need! Bread bacon and eggs were left for us as well. Would deff stay again!

What an amazing time we had at Chapel Cottage. The directions and instructions provided by Katrina brought us right to the location and it didn't disappoint. The cottage was pristine with clean towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cutlery and utensils you could need. We loved it as soon as we walked in as we loved the charm and the rustic nature of how its been restored. The closest town Llanfyllin has a Spar but also a lovely Fish and Chip shop and Chinese which we used on our stay which we recommend also. After a long day hiking the Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall it was amazing to relax in the hot tub with a few glasses of wine. The sky was clear and with it being a dark sky area, the amount of stars we could see was unbelievable. The beds are also the comfiest weve ever slept on so each night we were so rested. We are already planning a visit for next year. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Clare’s house. The beach was a few minutes walk away with quick and easy access to the local Londis for any essentials. The views are fabulous from the back garden and we were lucky enough to have great weather so we made good use of the secure dog friendly garden. The house itself is beautiful, well equipped for everything you might need, truly a home from home. Clare is a great host, always on hand to help with anything needed, but also allows you space to enjoy your break. Clare was very accommodating for us and we really can’t fault our stay with our two dogs. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thanks for a wonderful stay Clare x

What a wonderful stay. Jay greeted us with warmth and took time to go through all we needed to enjoy our stay. The house itself is great, large rooms and well equipped. Location is everything, with the pier right on the door step this was a perfect stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siobhan was a great host who gave us clear instructions for arrival including a video for the door which was extremely helpful. Having a parking space outside the door was a bonus. The location is 15 mins walk from Albert Dock restaurants and bars which was lovely along the waterfront. we even used the open top bus which stopped almost outside. The house was lovely with a nice open plan living room, kitchen. We made use of all of this including the French doors and the view over the Mersey. We took the extra stools and sat them in the window to enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine. House was just like photos, and Siobhan has thought if everything. We really appreciated that and would recommend as a place to stay.

A most beautiful apartment in a very calm area within 20 mins walking into Liverpool centre. When we were shown around it immediately felt like home. A calm oasis in the heart of a brilliant friendly city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning.

We had a great weekend. Spacious apartment with lovely views. Walk to beach or into Hoylake. Clare gave helpful local advice & warned us about a local sailing event that might make restaurants busier.

Great rental, owners are super friendly, surroundings are splendid, this is a 5 star booking… DO mind your head though, plenty of places to bang it 🤣

It's hard to start describing how good this place is, so I'll start with what matters most. The hosts, marvellous in every respect, I had an issue that was my own responsibility yet Neil responded quickly with a solution. Equipped with EVERYTHING, we had a welcome hamper, we didn't need to go shopping at all (thank you for the consideration and chocs). I usually take black pepper, the cupboard had three! Dream of a bed, place much bigger than it looks, high ceilings, lovely tasteful decor with a funky contemporary & vintage vibe. Musical references, retro furnishings mixed with every convenience you could need. It was so fresh it felt like a first stay! Guestbook kitchen fully equipped, could have cooked from scratch with oils, spices, plenty of pans etc plus eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk, coffee etc. We actually lost each other a couple of times, it's just beautiful and Neil & Alex best hosts ever. * tip * Gabriellas cafe delivers takeaway, including scouse! Must stay Place!

The apartment is beautiful and very true to description. Amazing location and very well equipped. It is some walk from the other docks but worth it. Easily found. Claire was really helpful prior to our stay. We didn’t need to contact her during the stay due to no problems at all.

Lovely flat in great location - 5 mins from shops, station and the sea. Had all necessary requirements for 2 of us to stay in comfort. Plenty of hot water constantly. Kitchen equipped beyond normal expectations and with lovely fixtures and fittings. Lynn was very helpful letting us check in early and leave late and left us a lovely vase of flowers and a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. All in all a great stay. Thanks you Lynn

As per photos. Well set up. Chris is a fab host, always got back super quick. He had some great recommends. Perfect location for visiting Liverpool. Ubers so reasonable or you can get the train. Spacious for 4 adults. Such a quiet area. Parts of Birkenhead are quite rundown which is a shame as this apartment has a great square opposite which is peaceful, a cute bakery around the corner and a fab Thai restaurant. Saying that though, I’d def stay here when I want to visit Liverpool.l and would highly recommend.Didn’t feel unsafe in the park, or apartment at all and neither did my parents who are in their mid 70s.
