Jane's apartment is fantastic! It's spacious, beautifully furnished and has wonderful views. Four of us stayed for one night and found it comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a nice walk along the prom and found a handy pub to have a good lunch in. The city centre is within easy reach with good transport connections. We were made to feel at home by Jane and the cold beers in the fridge on arrival were most welcome! Thank you. Her communication and instructions were excellent from the moment we booked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Liverpool. Highly Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was near enough to the city and the Albert Docks. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. We would recommend and Nicci was very responsive to any queries that we had.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment in a fab location. Very quiet and peaceful at night, but only 15mins walk to local bars and restaurants. Was an excellent base while attending a trade show at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre (10mins walk).

We had a great stay! The accommodation was tidy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable long weekend. The location was perfect — only a 5-10 minute walk from all the restaurants, the pier, and shops. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

What a STUNNING place. I needed a quiet solo retreat following my 50th birthday and it was perfect. Waking up and going to sleep (sometimes several times a day!) looking at the sea was glorious. Had several baths looking up at the hills and the sky. Even baked some cookies! I left feeling restored. Couple of things I didn’t know, but that don’t reflect on Melinda as a host: - parking is on the road, not on the drive, but I got space directly outside - I could even keep an eye on my car from the bedroom! - there is a bit of a smell (from a neighbour who smokes?) that comes up into the lounge that kept me out of it sometimes - the road is quite busy with cars during the day, so you will mainly hear the sea in the morning and the evening. Rhos is minutes away - I had a couple of fab meals at Fortes. Buses are very easy - I went to Llandudno for the Thurs male voice choir concert at St Johns. Colwyn is an easy walk up the beach. Gorgeous! I’d love to come back.

Great modern property overlooking the beach and with views of Liverpool and life on the Mersey. The dog loved looking out the French doors to the street and beach below….our garden clearly not as interesting since we returned! We chose this property due to the beach side location but was also easy to access Anfield for the Bruce Springsteen concert (we chose to Uber but train would also have been a good option). Off-road parking with assigned bay was also an added bonus. Our only issue was that we struggled to operate the (very modern) oven but our techno-savvy daughter was able to rescue us before we had to ask for help! A great stay and we shall definitely return again.

Pauls place was perfect for our short stay and set in a beautiful Georgian square. We were visiting for a concert so we were out of Liverpool itself which was more convenient as we had a parking place to leave the car but could combine sightseeing with our trip to Anfield. Paul was so very helpful when it came to public transport, he had our journey mapped out for us and directed us to get our saver pass for all modes of transport there and back from the concert. We even managed a ferry across the Mersey ( why not 😍) Paul was a great host and a great guy. So very friendly and easy to chat to and who goes over and above to help in any way. The fruit, cereal and brioche buns plus milk was a welcomed bonus 👍 Thanks again Paul.

I stayed for only 2 nights and instantly regretted not booking for even longer we went for a family get together and we were all so blown away at how big it was but also so homey. it was great that the beach was only a couple of minutes away so we could nip back and forth. Helen was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything, not that we did. overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again

Just got back from a 3 day stay at this lovely cottage. The location is exactly what was needed. Tranquil, Peaceful and Quiet. We travelled as a couple with a 3 year old and a dog. The garden was big and allowed the dog to roam about without too much worry (other than the stream at the end of the garden). The cows in the next field made for the countryside experience! There are many things to go see and visit in the local area and further like the Lake Vernwyn or Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall with hikes and walks. The cottage itself is beautiful and you can see the effort and heart that went into the renovation. It has a homely and cosy feel with everything you need for a stay. We would 100% stay again and would recoup anyone looking for an authentic Welsh countryside break to look no further than Chapel Cottage.

It was a great place, well located for Shrewsbury town centre with a pleasant walk along the river to get there. I would definately stay here again. Note: finding the property can be tricky when following 'sat nav', and working out how to reverse a car into the off-road drive required a bit of strategic thought, but that all seemed to add to the experience! our stay at Claire's lovely home was amazing, prestine clean house with everything you need. The only thing missing was an unbrella. easy 5 mins walk to the beach, great for dog walks and kids a like. set on a private road the house was in a quiet location with mountain backdrop beach and bay views. Claire's communication was very responsive and timely, and easy to follow instructions. Claire was very helpful and answered all our questions. well fitted kitchen area clean and tidy. plenty of areas for storage. the house also had the added value of a downstairs toilet. living area was clean and spacious with comfy sofas. could not fault it at all. truly a great find and would definitely recommend. only negative issue is the rear of the property road noise although as it is constant it doesn't really disturb.

This property is extremely central and a stone’s throw away from the arcade and pier. Fantastic location and a lovely, large clean space. The kitchen area is great and the whole house was clean and well equipped. Jay was an excellent host - going above and beyond to make our stay great. There is no parking directly beside the house but we found parking on the streets nearby without any problems. Once there we didn’t need the cars as everything was so close.

We stayed for five nights in Siobhan's home while I attended a conference at the ACC arena, which is less than 10 minutes away by foot along the Mersey. The space is clean and tidy, the area is nice and quiet and Siobhan was very helpful. Thank you for our stay!

What a fabulous accomadation right in the heart of Liverpool. The host was amazing and so prompt to reply to any questions that needed answering. The accomadation had everything that was needed and a lovely lottle garden with furniture. What a sun trap. Parking for 2 cars was great too although on street parking if required. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Licerpool. Plenty of bars, restaurants nearby too. Thank you for a great stay

Ann was very responsive to all messages and made lots of great suggestions prior to our trip. Ann's co-host Sue was extremely helpful and lovely enough to meet and greet us at the property and even helped us up with our luggage! She made sure she showed us around the space and explained things plain and simple which was amazing after a long drive up! Sue was very responsive whilst we were in the property and nothing was a bother to her. Beautiful apartment, will definitely be back in the future! :)

Chris was an incredibly kind and welcoming host! The home had beautiful views of the mountains with space to walk by the river and picnic right on the doorstep. We managed to see a lot of snowdonia while staying, as well as many birds and cats in the garden. The space was very clean and we really appreciated the eco friendly and sustainable ways Chris and Julie have set it up. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else wanting to be immersed in peace and nature!

Fantastic place to stay in lovely West Kirby. Feltlike a real home from home, with everything we could have wanted provided for us. Lynn was great, suggesting things to do etc. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay, a comfortable apartment with a lovely view of the marina. It was very peaceful but just 20 minutes walk from all the main waterfront attractions. Parking was easy and Sarah was a helpful and responsive host.

This was a lovely stay. Great location, great views. Easy to drive to with easy on site parking. The flat is really lovely. It's warm, comfortable, has all you'll need for a stay, and plenty of extra features too. Would benefit from a little tlc in some places, but by no means a deal-breaker. Jonathan was very friendly, helpful and proactive with any questions I had. Thanks!
