Really great place! Sadly the door code didn’t work at first when we got there, but Will was very quick to respond and helped us out. After that we didn’t have a problem the rest of the trip, and the house itself was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more!! We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. 😁

So this was my SECOND stay with Danie in 2 months. This place DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!! This is such a well-appointed home with everything you need to feel at home! The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, the back yard is an oasis of peace, and cooking a meal to eat in the breakfast nook or at the gorgeous family-sized trestle table is a joy! There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable...I was there with my friend and our two teenagers. We cooked together and enjoyed movies on the nice big TV in the living room, where everyone had plenty of room to stretch out. Plenty of hot water (we all had to shower after going to the parks in Orlando) and soft towels. We slept like babies and awoke refreshed and ready for the next day. We enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds from the screened porch while sipping our coffee. Danie's place is home away from home! Thanks so much for this wonderful escape that feels so friendly and familiar every time I come back!

absolutely beautiful home and location. the backyard is what did it for us! we came to visit from ND for 2 weeks and felt right at home. our guests felt the same. we always had something to do even if we were just at the house. 10/10 loved this home and the communication.

the stay here was great. I even reached out about extra pillows for our stay and Vanessa went above and beyond to order us pillows and had them delivered to the house for our stay. 10/10 would recommend staying again

This is our second time staying here, and we'll be staying again next time we're in FL. Andrew's place is comfortable and feels very private. We will be back next year.

This was a great place for our group. It was very clean and had great shared spaces and had everything we needed for our needs. He was very responsive when I reached out to him. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place for any stay!

Sabra and Ben's place is absolutely adorable. Sabra communicated and responded promptly and kindly. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, and cooling options. It was quiet and peaceful, shaded with a beautiful porch area. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of chairs. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Description and pictures are exactly as advertised.

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

Great area to stay! Chuck was great to deal with and gave us some recommendations on local things to do! Loved the area and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. Enjoyed the pool many days of our stay here. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks Chuck:)

Stayed here for a month and a half, waiting for my permanent home to be ready. I stayed with my son and pets and we had an amazingggggg stay!!! The hosts are so responsive and on top of everything! It was a pleasure for the entire stay! I’m so grateful to have had them as hosts and looking forward to visiting again!

I was so fortunate to find this rental. It is in a peaceful residential neighborhood and I felt safe in the rental as well as walking to the beach for the sunrises. The rental was accurately depicted in the listing. The suite was spacious and I felt very comfortable. The suite has its own private entrance and easy access. The price was very reasonable and the location was easy to find and allowed me to walk to the beach to view the beautiful sunrises. The suite was extremely clean. Furnishings were comfortable. Dawn was a great host. She was proactive and always responded. The personal touch of the baked goods and bottled water was welcoming. I had snacks and breakfast from these baked goods while I stayed. Dawn's informational sheet had important information on the easiest access to the beach as well as restaurant recommendations. Would recommend this rental. I'm glad I found it!

You couldn't ask for nicer people or how generous they are. You will not be disappointed with your staying it's 1 day or 14 days! The planning that went into this Airbnb was well thought out inside & out. Bed was extremely comfortable and you get so much space and plenty of parking. Close to stores, beach or Orlando. We will always stay here when we are in Florida, we even changed our minds on outings so we could just stay there and relax on her beautiful property with our own patio.

This stay was wonderful. extremely quiet and peaceful. It was perfect to spend time with my elderly family members. Host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. I would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Directions to get to the place were easy to figure out. The space is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. The location is great - I was able to wake up and walk right across the street to a nice breakfast bakery where people were local and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Beautiful spot in a beautiful town

Efficient, tidy, well-appointed and a short elevator ride to the beach. I’ve stayed in bigger rentals but most weren’t half as well appointed as this unit. Updated, everything you need for the beach and great bath towels. we were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinners. A great, convenient spot for a beach vacation. Highly recommend

I’m going to tell you everything you need to hear. I ubered here from SFB. It was only $67. Plus tip, of course. I didn’t rent a car because everything you need to do is literally right here, if you’re here for beach activities. This location is everything. And they made sure we had everything we needed, right down to the mini bottles of wine that took care of my nervous energy. Thank you for everything! If I’m ever in town, without a doubt, I’ll look here first.

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

This was a cute place right overlooking the beach. Fun stay and had everything we needed.

Clean, pool and beach access were nice, and management on site of the location were helpful about the tiny parking situation we had.
