In the separate living room there is a work desk and windows which offer views of the forest. 20 minutes from the airport. Easy access to highway 91 north to Vancouver and south to White Rock and the US border. Centrally located in the GVRD. This is a family home and the hosts live upstairs. It is not suitable for parties.

This is our basement suite for your much-needed relaxation or vacation. We live upstairs and have an adorable dog and two cats. You have your own private access to the suite and access to our beautifully landscaped backyard which borders with forest and canyon. If you prefer a quiet cozy city place yet indulge within the lush foresty environment here it is for you to enjoy. Our place is 20 min from the US border and 30 min drive to Vancouver, New West or Barnaby.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harman’s place. Extremely spacious and well lit from all angles!! We loved the big windows in the front living room as well as the windows overlooking the patio and backyard. My kids had a blast playing outdoors and loved the easy access to the playground behind the house. The rooms and closets were very spacious. The home was also stocked with laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies, which I as a nice bonus. Harman was extremely responsive and very quick to resolve any concerns or issues that arose. Would definitely recommend staying here. We are sad to be leaving his home and would’ve loved to stay longer if there was availability !

I had a wonderful experience staying at this charming space just steps from the ocean! The space was impeccably clean and cozy and felt like a home away from home. Aman and Sandy are amazing hosts - incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely invested in making sure my Nana and myself had a comfortable stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Donna’s suite is as lovely as the neighborhood it is located in. It’s super clean, beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Donna was very proactive with communications. She sent a list of restaurants upon our arrival because she remembered I had asked about it when I made my reservation months ago. The suite is at the back of the house and opens up on a nice backyard with baskets of flowers and many trees, it’s very peaceful. Location is convenient, about 15-20 minutes to ferries or downtown Vancouver. Ladner is a cute small town with shops and a very cozy vibe. We really enjoyed it!
