You are close to concerts, parks, museums, stadiums, AGH, and fine restaurants. This apartment is a great center to explore downtown and the Northside of Pittsburgh. You and your pet will like the large park, only a 1/2 block away.

Cozy Spot on the Hill

Keep it simple at this newly updated and centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is minutes from many local, restaurants, activities and colleges (Seton Hill, St Vincent) plus so close to the local ice rink (Palmer Imaging Arena), you can see it. We are also only 25 miles from Pittsburgh sports stadiums, and so much more. Some of our favorite local businesses to try are the Yellow ridge Brewery or Ianni’s for a wood fired pizza. Please no parties or pets

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

Enjoy a comfortable, clean stay at this centrally-located, newly updated house. House is less than a mile from route 30 to get you to restaurants and shoppes in under 10 minutes. Everything is on one floor including the washer and dryer. House is very close to the hospital as well as Seton Hill University and University of Pittsburgh - Greensburg campus. Note that the bathroom is small with not much space to put your items.
